  1. Good one. I think many of us will feel this way as this season goes along. Ok Strike-her, I can't help it, I'll take the bait. Yes, there is something I can do, and don't call me Shirley!
  2. I put the Bills at 3-5 wins, that's it. Look at the qb's we face. It's going to be a long season.
  3. I think the Raiders are going to make some noise too this season.
  4. Transplant, put the kool aid down. You've had enough.
  5. Got that right. Slow at reading defenses so he gets hammered in the backfield. Our offense had so many 3 and outs with him as qb it was like watching paint dry. Pathetic.
  6. If that happened, other people would want Rob Johnson to Lead a Charge.
  7. Yes to the first one. I agree with your last one. Thanks, I'll see about #2.
  8. In the past few days on buffalobills.com, when I click on any of the videos, all I'm getting is a dark screen with that circular arrow going around & around. My wife, whose more tech-savvy than I couldn't get it working either. Any ideas? Appreciate the in-put.
  9. +1. They (McBean) I feel, realize they need to change a losing culture here that's been entrenched for 17 yrs. In NFL football terms, that's equal to about 40 yrs in real time. Perhaps they feel, that the best way to uproot a deeply entrenched losing culture is by drafting a bunch of (2018) young, hungry, rather raw players that they can shape, mold, and influence to start, just start, to change the culture. But until we start beating teams "we're not supposed to beat", the culture will remain. Just my opinion.
  10. Agree here. I think they're looking for a certain attitude, and feel they can instill that attitude better with picking "their own" people.
  11. Way to go Johnnie. You could always play semi-pro. The Hartford Charter-Oaks are looking for people.
  12. Congratulations Cookie! Long over due but its a done deal now. You were the man.
  13. To a lot of us, that wide right was like a kick in the nuts. Felt pretty much the same. Ten years after that game, I tried watching it and only got through the first half, turned it off, took out the tape, and threw it away. It still hurt all that time later.
  14. Pete Metzelaars and Aaron Schoble come to mind. Scott Radezec filling in at LB was a good back up.
  15. Buddy Nix, "We're not that far off."
  16. Time to call Orton. Jimbo maybe? I bet Fluti would play.
  17. Buffalo716, just take it one game at a time this year. Ya never know what might happen. Go Bills.
  18. Lee's boys left the playbook laying in an open field. But Little Mac still didn't know how to defense it. Shades of Jauron.
  19. Lee couldn't win on the road. 0-2, with Antietam, Md., and a crushing defeat at Gettysburg.
  20. Been to both many times. If you want an old-world ambiance, Queb. City hands down. It's like you're in a small French city without leaving the continent.
  21. That's true. There's been some good ones.
  22. Error alert. Man, this is what I get for doing a post quickly while I'm going out the door. It's supposed to be 2017 Bills slogan. Sorry.
  23. In light of Friday's stunning trades, it's clear that Beane & Mc D wanted to move "in a new direction" as the cliche goes. So, what could be some new slogans that would fire up the fans for the 2017 season? (Might as well have a little fun w/ this. We're stuck with it now.) How about: Your 2017 Bills, we'll tank better than General Patten! Your Bills, we'll have more draft picks than Octa-mom had kids! The Bills, we already won the off season. There's my lame choices. flame away.
  24. Virgil, "Put the Red Bull down! Put it down, please!" Way over-thinking this at this point, Virgil. Relax.
