Is this the agent that got him the contract with the leave and get paid clause? Than he made a bunch off him and you don't drop the guy that made you a bundle. It's a business. The guy is a sleeze to leave like that but took a bundle with him. Shame on us. Shame on him. I hope he never gets a HC job.

Three is a charm. Things come in three's. Chris Collinworth told me he would be a great coach in 2004 on the way to the super bowl in Houston. I believed him and so should you. I Love Chris. He was a super guy and very down to earth. Go Bill's

Boy I hate to see Ray Lewis in any conversation. He had guns and never had the flag thrown. Jerry plays with heart. Just listen to his interviews and you can see he is concerned and disappointed with our year. A team player all the way. If he cleans up some of his dumb flags he could have a "C" on his shirt.

How can the hire be bad? More experience is a good thing. Brother? who cares. He had a good rep until NO fired him mid season. Lots of people get fired who are good. Ever get fired? I'm sure it wasn't your fault. I really think Rex had to much imput into the "D" and maybe this will let him make sure the batteries are charged in the head phones and let some else call the signals. We need those head sets. Who knows. Rob might get dreads by the season opener or get a hair cut. Go Bill's.

Reddog has got it. Those are a lot of coaching mistakes . Shame on Rex. Hire a guy to take care of the phone batteries. Need a special teams coach. We are good to go. Draft a good LB, D end and some meat on "O". Keep building. Go Bill's

The only change I would like to see is special teams. I thought they were poor this year. I really never was sold on Gay either.

I would play him every down on "D" and offense. Let him know how much we love him. He was our apple pie when we signed him and now everybody hates him because Rex made him play "D" back. Can't hate the guy that much.

Sounds like a plan to me. Get a new special teams coach and let acouple of the "D" line go and the scape goats will be gone. Problem solved. Philly sure knew when to bail. Maybe Kelly can be our new assistant coach.

A lot of Rex fans on the board I see. He really blew it with the "D". He should be made to answer why he didn't hire our "D" leader from LY. EGO! ?? You bet. He certainly isn't a leader for the players. Sorry to say but a sad day for our Bill's when he became the killer coach.

Oh to be the fly on the wall when Terry and Rex meet. That should be interesting. Rex brought Dennis with him from the Jets and really is just a puppet so you can't blame him too much. Crossman has to go. It will be interesting and we more than likely will not get to hear the real conversation. Maybe Kim will tell us.

Went to the Ralph on the Buffalo Bill's express from Albany NY 18 years ago when they were out of the playoffs. It poured for the entire game and was cold. I asked my wife to marry me in the stands. Best game I ever went to and the best thing I ever did. Don't let the team get you down. Make the best of the situation, weather and enjoy the pre game tailgating and the game. Go Bills

It must have been that Pizza. We are stuck for another year. We have suffered long enough but I'm really still so happy Peg and Kim bought us. I'd rather suffer with my team than give up football. Still Love My Bill's.

As Rex said-- 'Your stuck with me". He knew what he was doing so don't be so hard on the guy. Smart cookie. Five year contract for big bucks. He is set for life. Who cares what the season brings. It brought him a good retirement. Sad!

I hate to say it but Rex stays. Whaley came from Pittsburg and has done a good job. No one bats 1000 in the draft. He has built the team up. Rex is the problem switching from a very good 4-3 to a 3-4 which not a good move. Than Rex lets the players run the show with 15 penaltys and has no idea how to control them. The "D" looked good against NE and that was about the only game where they looked like they knew what was going on. That is poor coaching. Play calling on "D" has been terrible. Coaching. And I started out saying Rex stays. Look what we have to look forward to next year!

Can we start a collection to buy out his contract? When we had them 3rd and 16 and we didn't blitz I knew we had no chance. Who calls those plays? It was a sad day. Jerry blew up on the side lines in the first half. He is more right than wrong because he has his whole heart in it. It would be interesting to hear what the players really think about this whole mess Rex has created.

It's all about Rex. It is the same pattern every press conference with him and his excuses. Jerrys Hughs interview said it all. The discussed look on his face and his comments showed they have no faith in this coaching staff. Sad

I voted dump Rex and have said that for weeks knowing he will still be here next year. Really disappointed with this team and I believe it starts with him. A players coach my butt. I'm 70 and can't hang on much longer for our SB so we need to get it in gear. Make Kim the coach. I'm sure she wouldn't put up with 15 errows. Time to root for the Yankee's. Sad!

The Bills have been a project for 16 years. Enough! Terry, it is time you take the bull by the horns and get a real coach. I have heard this guy Rex snow us for a good part of the year. Taking the number four defense on the NFL and ruin it is not acceptable. Not using your big buck guys like Watkins and Clay is not acceptable. Kim-- Tell Terry to cut bait and bale. I have followed this team for 50 years and die a little more every Sunday. If I had preformed like Rex at my job I would not have had it. A sad day in Buffalo.

I'll say it again. Our biggest enemy is REX Don't know if one horse pony is the right name but Terry got conned. Our players must be livid and can't or won't say much. Sad.

All these excuses. How much time has he had off? Same as everybody else and a little. Suck it up. Rex has created a bunch of baby's.

As far as I see it Tyrod is in his first year and showing a lot of promise. We have five more games and all the talk is about next year. Please stop. We all know the "O" line is a problem. God Bless the left side. When we drop back Darius for pass coverage we all know we have a coaching problem . I believe we have to fix that first and foremost. I have no idea unless Terry wants to bite the bullet and get a new leader. Rex just hasn't cut it. The next five games will tell us a lot.

I liked the 'don't hire Rex" one. Tex 24- Bills 18. We miss three extra points and a field goal to tie as time runs down. Than I start to cry AGAIN!

A sad day. 50 years I have suffered and every week I still get all excited. I believe there is something wrong with me. I didn't like the Rex hire to begin with and before the season started he snowed me enough where I thought I might be wrong. Sad to think I was correct. After all these years he has blown to many opportunities and all the excuses make him even more of a poor coach. Jets were lucky. Sad!

Rex leaves-- look at what the Jets are doing. He comes here and takes a very good "D" and look what happens. There is a picture here. His coaching has been horrible and he sounds like a kid making all kinds of excuses for his mistakes. Just very disappointing. Terry bought a bill of goods that was defective.
