  1. Luck just threw the biggest gimme interception pass ever.... and the Titans player dropped it (was it George Wilson?!)
  2. And he just fumbled it! tsk tsk
  3. Fitzpatrick just threw a go ahead touchdown. He sucks. Or something.
  4. New York was probably the worst place for him to go. Extremely critical fans. HUGE fan base. Constant national attention. Wonder how he would pan out in Jacksonville.
  5. Yeah, we would probably have one more win. I think Thad played as well as EJ would have, really (EJ has been inconsistent, as he is a rookie). We clearly have a decent team, just can't seem to get over the hump.
  6. Yet both teams still have better records than the Bills, and everyone says that the only problem for the Bills is the QB situation. Frustrating. :|
  7. Wouldn't have hurt them until a personal foul on the Titans.
  8. This is starting to feel like the Steelers game a couple weeks ago. Everyone optimistic about our chances, then we went out and played a stinker.
  9. Every player is replaceable. It's just a matter of how easy or difficult it is to find a proper replacement. Byrd would be challenging to replace, but he's not a once in a life time player.

  11. I want him on our team. I don't think the Bills are willing to pay him the money he wants, though. That doesn't make me angry at the Bills, nor at Byrd, it's business. However, I do dislike when players hold out, especially when with an injury that the staff could have been working on. Past is past, though. Hope we can make a push for the playoffs with him here... but if not, wish him luck on his future team.
  12. I can see the Jets imploding... I'd say they are one ugly loss away from it. Bills and Dolphins? I likely see them going .500ish through the end of the year. Neither team is necessarily bad, but both teams need to shore up some weak spots and play more consistently. I think the Steelers and the Chargers have the best chances of making it. But I really hope the chips fall our way, and the Bills play lights out through the end of the season.
  13. According to this here forum... Andrew Luck was the only reason the Colts went from worst to playoffs last year. (Ignoring all the signings they made)
  14. Dolphins beating the Jets, Bengals beating the Chargers, and the Ravens beating the Steelers are pretty big needs this week.
  15. 14th in the conference, yet only one game behind. Oomph.
  16. Meh. Same stuff happened here after Pittsburgh. Our teams are similar. Good defense, struggling rookie QB at times. NY has bigger expectations to meet, though. No one expects the Bills to ever amount to anything.
  17. That video is ace.
  18. It'd be interesting to see this further weighted against strength of opponents. KC, for example, has played a powder puff schedule so far.
  19. I haven't watched a live TB game, but looking at highlights and stats, Glennon appears to be the best rookie QB. Not too offended, EJ hasn't exactly been a superstar and is clearly a work in progress.
  20. If we had better teams lined up in front of us, I'd be taking a major dump on the idea of us making the playoffs. But as it is, we have 4 games in front of us that we really *should* win, and then a beatable NE team if we play an all around good game. It's definitely improbable that we'll win out, but we couldn't ask for a better setup to do so.
  21. I don't think we should, or need to use the same offense as last year. I do think he could build a couple packages based on some of the formations/plays last year that gets CJ and Fred more space. But also, for TJ and Goodwin. We don't seem to run very many designed plays to get the ball into the WRs hands with space to run, either.
  22. The Jets show as winning tiebreak against us due to Strength of Victory. On the "app", there's a "Tiebreakers" link next to the drop down for the autofill. Click that, and it'll tell you how it applied tiebreaks in both conferences.
  23. Last year we had a lot of success moving CJ around on the field, as well as doing more screens and horizontal draws. This year, we seem to be just rushing him inside and that's about it. He has a hard time recognizing a developing hole, so he bounces, and gets hit. I really wish Hackett would look at Chan's playcalling for CJ last year and implement some of the ideas.
  24. Other than the injury at the beginning of the year, there's been nothing to show he can't take hits in the NFL... especially consider he returns kickoffs (though not many), I think it's a bit quick to insinuate that he's injury prone. So far the only WR on this team that's legitimately injury prone is SJ, and he generally plays through.
  25. I haven't been able to figure out a way where we win a tie breaker. Seems we need to win out, and have other teams finish at .500 or below...
