  1. It's cheaper for me (living in DC) to go to a Bills game in Buffalo, than it is for me to go to a Bills game in Washington, Baltimore, etc... crazy.
  2. Drunk or not, fighting off someone(s) who are having sex with you, is rape. Two DNA samples means nothing, it could just be two rapists. The real deal breaker is physical evidence in herself... is there any evidence that she fought back? If not, they probably won't charge. That doesn't mean Winston didn't rape her, it just means that there isn't clear evidence of it. If a woman says "no" just once, and doesn't say anything else, it's still rape. If she's drunk, and can't make clear decisions, it's rape. Most rapists get away with it, because it's very hard to actually make a clear case, and that's even if the victim comes forward.
  3. Left out Pittsburgh and surrounding areas? What about Green Bay? Buffalo is a smaller market, and yes income is tight. But I stand by my opinion that a winning football team would put fans in the stadium.
  4. How about the Bills win games. If they started being good, you'd see more fans. It's not exactly a mystery why the Patriots and Steelers have so many fans right now, both teams have been good for a decade+. Dallas has a huge fanbase too, and they are usually pretty good (and absolutely dominant during certain eras). Winning sells tickets. Winning sells jerseys.
  5. I feel like this thread happens every year.
  6. Low risk, high reward... like Merriman? Edit: Someone beat me to the snark.
  7. Do we have him signed? Has there ever been any word about if his concussion is career threatening? I'd rather we not be stuck with him... but our hands might be effectively tied if he's healthy, under contract and cutting him costs us money, heh.
  8. I like that he put in effort, but wasn't big into how much **** he talks once he gets on the field.
  9. I'd still watch the hell out of RedZone Channel every week, if I'm not watching a specific team play. RZC is really awesome.
  10. Damn. I had him starting on my fantasy team this week.
  11. I almost forgot.. do we have Kolb next year? What's going on with him?
  12. I think they are in a similar place as the Bills are with EJ, except that Geno is playing a bit worse. Neither has really earned "unquestioned starter" status yet. So if either team seems a possible "sure bet" at QB in the draft, it'd be smart to draft them and have an open competition come training camp/pre-season.
  13. I'm ok with: EJ and Thad - open competition or EJ and high first round QB in this draft - open competition -- I haven't given up on EJ yet, but he also hasn't earned the right to be starter, no questions asked.
  14. I'm hoping from here until the end of the season we give some young guys more playing time to see what we have going into next season. Give Goodwin, Woods and Easley the majority of snaps at WR. Gragg at TE, etc...
  15. A - Superbowl B - Playoff win C - Making the Playoffs D - Being in the running in December F - Being irrelevant in December That's my simple grading
  16. Nope, this is all wrong. I was told last year that the QB is the only thing that makes a team a winner or a loser!
  17. Wilson would likely be in the process of being run out of town here, due to poor development.
  18. So what you're saying is we have more holes than just the QB?
  19. Uh huh, everyone's a backtracking expert now! (seriously, I like EJ, hope he works out)
  20. I really want a gif of the phantom Aaron Williams call.
  21. He would have ran for 1000 yards on a team that wins between 4 and 6 games a year? I'm glad he ended up in Seattle where he could be a relevant football player.
  22. We're 4-8. EJ may be a better game manager, but we're still not winning football games. And don't tell me it's not his fault. Everyone said it was Fitz's fault last year, we replaced him and still suck.
  23. I probably would, because I don't know any better. I've tried to root for other teams in the past 5 years, and I just can't get into it.
  24. I'm down with this. BUT... I don't think Byrd stays on the Bills.
