I'm fine with a 18 months slap on the wrist. This is one of those situations where illegal, yes, but I think they intended it to just be a funny prank and they weren't really thinking. I doubt they'll do it again, and that's what it's all about. Not about punishment, but about rehabilitation and learning from mistakes. Nix was already on his way out. He indicated as much multiple times, iirc.

We just need another LB and a real CB with this current group, and we'd be pretty decent, I think. Thing is, we'll also be needing a FS next season, unless the Bills can convince Byrd to stick around. (I don't think they'll franchise him again)

We had plenty of opportunity to win the game even with the bad calls. We only have ourselves to blame. This ref B word fest every year is stale.

The Bills QB status is very much a question mark still. EJ hasn't really proven anything, other than he's inconsistent. So for right now, I rank our QB situation near the bottom of the league. Next year, we'll have our answer. It's hard to make a final judgment on a rookie.

Both the Bucs and the Jags have been on something of a roll lately. Wouldn't be surprised if we lose out the rest of the season, and not just in the "playing to lose" sense, but because we are possibly the worse team on Sunday.
