  1. I watch to laugh at the silly hippies. Hippies make the worst pirates, really. The best episode was when they we're stuck deep in the ice, and they sent a couple of idiots down in the bowels to do "something" if the boat sprang a leak due to Capt. Dumbass's dumbassery. Classic.
  2. The only conclusion I can draw from the stats you cherry-picked is: Sanchez was a rookie and the other two we're vets with real NFL starts under their belts before the season started.
  3. ..and likewise, I for the Bills over the Blowholes.
  4. hey... you gonna eat that sammich?
  5. Belicheats come and go. The no huddle upstate monster will have it's day.... but I will always.... always. Always hate the frickin' fish. The single-most uninformed, ridiculous, fair-weather, loser, teal-n-pink, pieces of **** to ever walk the frickin' planet. I'd rather hear my kid was a gay Scientologist jihadist than have him tell me he wants to root for the blowholes.
  6. Oh yeah? well... sumthin' sumthin' sumthin' wide right.
  7. what're you? Channing Crowder's younger sister?
  8. Dolphag's NT is buh-bye. good for you, blowholes. http://www.miamidolphins.com/news/jason-ferguson-retires
  9. you are all delusional.
  10. Sorry about your loss, Stl, but your grandfather sounds like he lived life to the fullest. On top of that, he got to go quietly, surrounded by family. I don't think any of us can ask for more than that. God rest his soul.
  11. this is why D'brick got his deal. He was a 4th overall pick with a large contract to begin with. getting him to sign for 30% more was easier.
  12. I've been a Jets fan for a long time now. I'm trying to temper my expectations. I remember these days all too well...-> One thing I'll say is: I really like Rex and think the guy is a defensive genius. (and so far, there's been no indication that he needs to cheat to win) On the offensive side, it's pretty much up to Sanchez's progression. History says that most QBs regress year two. That's the big question. The other concern is getting rid of Thomas Jones. I was a big TJ fan. Still am. The single biggest strength TJ brought to the field was (is) durability. Shonn Greene hasn't shown the durablilty to be a full-season back, and LT is on the wrong side of 30.... and I can see this McNight kid pissing me off. The running game is almost certainly going to fall off. Let's see how far it falls. Yes, we lost Faneca, but that doesn't concern me as much as the loss of TJ. Faneca was steadily slipping all last season. He simply is not the player he once was. Matt Slauson was targeted by Bill Callahan (our o-line coach) after he worked with him while at Nebraska. Vlad Ducasse might start too. Either way, the guy who's there is going to be sandwiched between two pro-bowlers. I think the line ought to be fine. It's the backs I worry about.
  13. like I said... I've seen some undersized LBs do well in it. It's just not common.
  14. ...oh, and Ronnie Van Zant, Steve Gaines and Cassie Gaines. "if I leave here tomorrow... would you still remember me?"
  15. Three pages without even a mention of the Man in Black...? Johnny Cash. we miss ya, pal.
  16. Poz isn't on the small side?
  17. I'm not sure a dol-phag can be taught much of anything. I mean... if they we're 'teachable'... would they still be dol-phags?
  18. yup. Manish is getting a real good reputation as a Jet beat reporter, but should probably stay away from reporting on stuff happening in South beach.
  19. You guys do have a helluva secondary. I think your defense's ceiling is going to be dependent on the contributions of one particular rookie: Terrell Troup. Nose tackles make or break a 3/4. When we first switched and had Dewayne Robertson, we stuffed the run like a sieve. It was awful. Kris Jenkins made all the difference in the world. You need two things to make the 3/4 work: stout guy up the middle and a good play-caller. Other than that, I'd say you guys have a pretty good D, I'm not so sure how effective tampa-2 LBs are going to be in a scheme where they're taking on guards, but I've seen some undersized LBs excel in a 3/4. We'll see.
  20. I always want to see the blowfish get crushed. Always.
  21. false report. guy took it off the bottom scroll that's on the NFLN replay from week 16 last year.
  22. this right here is wut makes this site great.
  23. Kudos. Amongst the beers and hotdogs, the fireworks and partying, it's nice to remember that this day is to remember the men who signed their own death warrant, had the Revolution turned out different. When the signers of the Declaration pledged to one another their lives, their fortunes and their sacred honor, they weren't merely being verbose. They knew there was no turning back. They had at that point, dissolved the political bonds that tie one people to another. The sacrifices that we're made, by these few brave souls, and the souls of those who took up arms to march with them, should never be forgotten. God bless these men, and the Liberty that their sacrifices purchased. May we extend to our posterity, the freedoms that have been extended to us. God Bless the USA.
  24. HOFer, Rod Woodson would disagree with you.
