Apart of me doesn't think Rogers gets it yet I mean look at Dez Bryant and Justin Blackmon. It took Dez 2 years to understand what he meant to that team he gets it now and in his 4th season he's the man there. Justin Blackmon seems to be going that route like Dez did. I think Da'Rick could be the same he has the same talent level as them IMO so it'll just take a while. There is no way he gets cut but it sure makes the decision tough.
