Fred Jackson Jockstrap awards - MIA@BUF
cjatcreek07 replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Great win for the Bills today and Fred Jackson is one of the best overall football players on this team! Tampon bob couldn't even wash Fred's jock let alone hold it. I don't know if he's more pathetic at being a fan or a troll. -
New Smyrna beach where I live in florida is paradise. I think there are crappy parts of towns and trashy people in every state, florida might just have a few more than the norm.

The dolphins starting MLB is doubtful with an ankle injury and the rookie Jordan Tripp is also out. Add in the fact Ellerbe was Ir'd earlier this year they are weak at linebacker. Kelvin Sheppard signed with them this week and should see a lot of snaps which tells me we are going to run for 200 yards this week and squish the fish.

Week 2 predictions: Squish the Fish
cjatcreek07 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Just read kelvin sheppard might get a lot of snaps for the fish since they are so depleted at linebacker. This Sunday is going to be really sweet. -
I laughed a little even though it's just a blog and nothing more. I don't think any respected news journal would let you use the word **** stain lol

Thank you for showing all the facts, we all know WEO has a campaign to run against EJ. -

I didn't know you were a doom and gloomer but good to know. +1 to the ignore list -
Marrone yells to Russ "go ahead and fire me"
cjatcreek07 replied to papazoid's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It's amusing how the doom and gloomers read the title of the thread and automatically start spewing the negative crap without actually reading any of the info to see what really happened. Honestly, I am as sick of the past fourteen years of losing as anyone and maybe some heated exchanges are exactly what this team needs for things to change. There is no question this team is the most talented in 10+ years and I am excited to see if we can finally turn the corner. -
Florio on the Orton Head Scratcher
cjatcreek07 replied to dollars 2 donuts's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Head scratcher? When people were whining about not having a veteran backup qb the Bills were pursuing Orton. He waited it out, looked at all his options and chose to come here which will really help us this year. I think his presence will have a positive effect on Ej's development and if something does happen he can step in and possibly win us some games. The same people who whine about the team not spending money are probably the same who think five million for Orton is unreasonable which it really isn't. -
I truly believe there are negative and positive people in the world. We all have friends who are upbeat and happy and then there are the friends who always have something to complain about and they never seem to really enjoy their life. I wonder if the optimists are happier in life and the pessimists around here really are more depressed and negative in real life

Perception of the Team. From an Ex Bills Fan
cjatcreek07 replied to Dr. Trooth's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I have never lived in Buffalo (born in Fl) but my dad and his side of the family are from western NY and I have been a Bills fan since I was a kid. I'm 26 and after plenty of chances to start rooting for the jags, bucs or dolphins I realized I would be a Bills fan for life. Winning is not the only important thing, personally I enjoy watching the games with my pops and him talking about the glory years keeps me looking forward to when we will be good again. Enjoying the positives and not letting the negative stuff bring you down is a good strategy not only for life but for following the Bills as well. And if we suck by week 10 guess who will still be watching and rooting for our team? The 95% of this board who are real fans, myself proudly included! -

The Bills are doing an excellent job in Free Agency
cjatcreek07 replied to 1B4IDie's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Thank you, +1. Byrd was great for us but he wasn't like Ed Reed in his prime. Ed Reed was a game changer and won big clutch games. Teams weren't exactly gameplanning around Byrd. We didn't want to pay him what New Orleans did and he didn't want to play here anymore, get over it nancies -
Pete Mitchell: now that is the way to sign an autograph...

What trigger? Ray Lewis and two of his posse got into a fight and two of the people they were fighting ended up dying of stab wounds to the heart. Yes he was never found guilty and personally I like Ray but he isn't exactly an angel -
How has that defense worked out for them the past 10+ years? They built most of their team through the draft and I hope for some of that success with the Bills

Brooks coming back to practice this week!
cjatcreek07 replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
“This is what I worked for my whole life,” said Brooks. “I feel like I’ve had a pretty good showing in the preseason and I wanted to carry that into the season, but with the injury it didn’t happen. It’s feast or famine right now and I’m ready to go out and eat as much as possible. So I’m definitely going back out there to go claim my spot.” I really liked what I saw from him during the preseason. 8 tackles, 3 pass break ups and a pick in 3 games is not bad for a rookie, all while he had a broken foot.
