    Bottom line is they need more talent. They need another great draft in 2014 to make it work.

    I think he's a good coach. Problem is the Talent on the field. Everyone's gotta play better and we have to have a great 2014 Draft to be successful.

    Nothing is easy. These are all winnable games. Good teams find ways to win. If the Bills are good, they will win out.

    He's only Played 7 NFL Football Games. Let's see how he does over the course of 3 seasons. I still believe you have to give a player at least 3 seasons to know if they "GOT IT" or will "GET IT."

    I Agree. He's got a great gig right now. If he can keep alot of this year's team intact and add some more Secondary and LB help. I see us doing great things!

    Agreed. Still need more weapons on Offense. We Def need a Big WR and Big TE. That would help us out immensly. Hopefully the 2014 draft will bring us these 2 players.

    I would highly doubt it, and I don't see him being a viable option. Lewis on 1 leg is a better choice than Tuel and Flynn put together.
