  1. Which is why we still need a QB. We have SOOO many needs on this team it's not even funny
  2. ALL of you guys seem to be satisified with this o-line. I still think its average at best.
  3. What's he supposed to do? The ball's like 2 feet over his head and he's falling backwards.
  4. BROHM LOOKS SHARP. Yes he does. BUT maybe if we had a TE that wouldnt have happened.
  5. Looks better than Spiller so far. Yea. I said it.
  6. Put Revis and Cromartie back in the game and see how "good" he'd look.
  7. Good play Florence. Good play.
  8. Why would the play be dead? Spiller never had full possession of the ball.
  9. Nobody thinks that we don't need to draft for defense.
  10. COULD we use a TE? YES. We can use A LOT of things, but this team needs so much more right now, that TE would be last on my list of needs. We can go another year without a "great" TE.
  11. Dude. It's against the Jets scrubs. They're not even starting their 2 starting CBs. LOL. Brohm hasn't done anything.
  12. He deserves to be fired. A college's reputation is on the line. Would you want your kid to go to a school where the supposed "leader and mentor" beats up on his woman? Good job by Pitt firing the bum.
  13. This is an easy solution. You guys want a TE because of his ability to block? Improve the o-line. The reason Wisconsin runs well is because of their offensive line. It's one of the biggest and most physical o-line in the nation. That's what they're known for. Not because of their TE. Wisconsin's been a running team BEFORE Kendricks played there. Shocker? I know. So don't credit the success of their running game to Kendricks. Can we use a TE? Sure. Is it as important as an OLB, QB, ILB, CB, S? Our secondary needs A LOT of work. And trust me. We DON'T have the league's 5th best pass defense like the stats show. 30 passing attempts per game is the 3rd fewest passes per game. In addition to 26 passing TDs which ranks 7th most in the league and 10 INTs which ranks 27th in the league. You still want to say that secondary isn't a need? That's BS.
  14. If Merriman can stay healthy and stay motivated to get better, I'm liking our OLB position with Moats and Merriman.
  15. WOW...You guys want a tight end that can block? Let's think about that for a sec. If our offensive line was dominant enough, why would we need a TE to help out? Face it. Our offensive line is decent. Bell is an average LT and IMO, we can do A LOT better at the RT spot. Moving him to RT and getting a stud LT would make this o-line that much more dominant. QB, CB, S, LT, D-line, OLB, ILB should be considered before we even think about drafting a TE. I'm all for taking one via free agency, but I wouldnt waste a draft pick on one.
  16. 4 linemen, 2 LBs with 5 in the secondary??? That would work WONDERS for our worst rush defense in the league.
  17. I understand the full potential of having a TE but not if you have A LOT of needs right now. I still see LT, DE, NT, OLB, ILB, CB, S, as needs for this team and until we fill these needs, I wouldn't even worry about drafting a TE. The Patriots know how to utilize their players to the fullest. Benjarvus Green Ellis, Kevin Faulk, and now Danny Woodhead. They throw the ball to Deion Branch, Wes Welker, Brandon Tate, Gronkowski, and Hernandez. Tom Brady spreads the ball around and since they got rid of Moss, they've become even more dangerous. They utilize ALL of their players on offense and they could afford to spend 2 draft picks on 2 TE's because they're deep in a lot of positions. Comparing this to the Patriots is a BAD example. We have way more needs than the Patriots do. Can we use a TE? Sure. But not until we figure out our defense and solidify our offensive line FIRST. What does this have to do with anything? The Bills passing offense looks pretty decent to me without a TE. Have YOU been watching the BIlls this season? So if we added a TE, we'll be playoff contenders? Get real
  18. The NFL is being hypocritical. They want to "protect" the players by reducing concussions and the level of injuries, by adding more games to one of the most physical sports in the world. Makes sense. Goodell is a moron.
  19. No thanks. TE is the least of my worries and probably should be dead last in position of need right now.
  20. Yea but none of those guys were taken number 1 overall and achieved NOTHING in his career.
  21. Who would I have taken? Dez Bryant and his 1069 all purpose yds and 8 TDs wouldve been nice. Or Jason Pierre Paul's 4.5 sacks and 2 FF would've helped out a bit. Maybe Brandon Graham's 3 sacks and 2 FF? Possibly. Earl Thomas and his 5 INT's and 1 FF would've been nice too. But NO. We had to take the wonderboy. Spiller. And NO. I'm not talking in hindsight. I wanted these guys ahead of Spiller from day one.
  22. I'd take Locker over Mallett and Newton.
  23. I love how everyone says that we picked Spiller because he was BPA. WRONG. Dez was BPA and I still think we should've taken a chance on him. Paired him with Stevie and let Lee take a hike.
