I don't see Locker, Ponder, Dalton and Mallet to be available in the 2nd. Stanzi and McElroy would be a slight reach at 2 and I don't like Kaepernick. So I'll take. None of the above.

If Dareus falls to us, I'll sht a brick.

If we don't come away with either Gabbert, Dareus, or Quinn with the number 3 pick, I'll be very dissappointed.

And I'm assuming that NOBODY in the NFL smokes the Mary Jane. I wouldn't be surprised if Drew Brees smokes or smoked it in his life.

I've been saying this all along. Locker will be the best QB in this year's draft. He has the "it" factor.

Say what you will about Locker but he will be a STUD at the next level if he doesn't have to start right away.

What if we took Tom Brady in the 5th round of the 2000 NFL Draft? Would we have had an established QB after Jim Kelly?

Contribute? Sure. He'll contribute. Won't deny that at all but there's no way he's going to be what he was before. Not even close.

Considering he has only thrown for 20+ TDs only 3 times in his 13 year career. And has only thrown for 3,000 yds for 6 of his 13 seasons. VERY average numbers. Throwing for a pedestrian 214 yds and 0 TDs and 77 rating in his only SB appearance. Those to me are average numbers, yet he's looked as one of the finest QBs to play this game.

You clearly have no idea what I'm talking about or just don't even bother reading my posts. That's just ignorance on your part so I can't help you there. Von Miller's biggest strength is rushing off the edge. Why are you going to put him in traffic where he can't utilize his strength. Sure you can just put anyone at MLB (because they're "football players"). But the key is to put your players in a position where they'll most likely succeed. Why put Von at MLB where he could be just average/OK when you can put him at OLB where he'd be great? Not difficult.

And everyone else looks silly when they expect someone who hasn't played football in 2 years to come right in and play as well as he did earlier in his career.

So why would you put him at MLB in a 34 where you can't do that? MLB's do all the dirty work in a 34 system. OLB and MLB aren't the same and they have different skill sets. I would consider Eric Wood our best offensive lineman. Why do we criticize our previous coaching staff when we placed him at Guard and not his natural position at C? This would be the same thing. Nooo...actually I have. Thanks though. Yea we had a beer or 2 the other night. He said he's done but regardless, will try his best to get out there.

Winning at the college level doesn't translate to the NFL. Accurate? Really? Cons...should have a much longer list. NFL Comparison: Steve McNair? That's about right, considering that he was never that great of a QB and was extremely overrated. I'll say the same about Kaepernick. Out of all those QB's I'd put Dalton at the top of the list.
