  1. If we lose next week to NE, I can't wait to spend our 12th overall pick next year on a TE. Sweet.
  2. Strongly disagree with the Gilmore point. Cut the rookie a break, he will be a very good player for years to come. A. Williams on the other hand.....wow. I'm starting to think he doesn't even deserve a roster spot. What other CBs get beat like he does week after week?? Perhaps we could move him to free safety after Byrd signs a 70 million dollar contract elsewhere. Our defense wasn't as big an issue here as Chan's stubborness. When you have a dynamic player like CJ whos gaining 8+ yards pretty much everytime he touches the ball.....how can you not keep feeding him? I'm absolutely dumbfounded by this. Scott Chandler is also on my sh*tlist. Just throwing that out there too. Next week is the week that really matters. If we can get back to 4-5 as we hit the soft part of our schedule, I'll be pleased. 6 of our first 9 games have been road games, 3 of which took place in different time zones. How many NFL teams would have winning records playing who we have played?? I'm excited to see how our D performs. We won't have a problem scoring TDs against the Patriots, that's a fact.
  3. I still like Chan as OC, I wonder if he'd be willing to be demoted in favor of Rob Ryan or Perry Fewell.
  4. Guaranteed there will be more Seattle fans in the stands.
  5. Anyone else want to see this? I mean the wildcat plays can't be that difficult to learn. Also, any from the Minnesota area have the inside scoop and what didn't work out for him out there? I remember we got destroyed by him after Moats ended Favre's career in the dome (2010 I believe)
  6. You must not watch very much football then. I'm disgusted by the play of this team too, but Chan and the offense are not the problem. Even the best QB's turn the ball over, 34 points should be enough to win a game in the NFL. We need a new D-coordinator or atleast a ton of new schemes, and some BLITZ PACKAGES.
  7. It was still in the 3rd quarter. 95% of coaches aren't going to go for 2 in the 3rd quarter.
  8. I cried as well. I was in 3rd grade. I'm 21 years old now. This season isn't completely lost though. The bye is coming at a perfect time and this is what needs to happen: 1) Fire Wanny. Either promote or bring in a low-budget guy with some Perry Fewell-like fire. I occasionally go to Giants training camp (I live in Albany) and this guy was a phenomenal coach. We have the talent, we just need the motivation and some different schemes. Maybe we could possibly dial up a blitz on 3rd down??? 2) Bench Aaron Williams or Move him to Free Safety. Ron Brooks should be healthy and McKelvin can't possibly be that much worse. 3) Get TJax involved in the wildcat. Imagine Fred, CJ and TJax all in the backfield! Wow. Even though our offense isn't the problem, it would be fun to watch. 4) Switch around our D-Line. Let Carrington get in on the action, I like the guy alot and he's a playmaker. Kelsey has been a solid pass rusher. Merriman should be in on 3rd and longs. We're 3-4 guys. After the Houston game, our schedule gets a lot easier. We need to make alot of adjustments on defense, and I trust that Chan is smart enough to see that.
  9. someone get a GIF of the 5-6 Bills fans going nuts in the first row after the missed FG to go into overtime....that was much better
  10. Anyone ever look into what would have to happen for the Bills to be publicly owned like the Packers?
  11. We're 2 completely different fans. Watching this team on Sunday afternoons is not a social event. I go out on Friday and Saturday nights to be social. I watch all games by myself. It's almost an addiction. I do loathe being a die hard fan of the worst run and worst coached organization in sports. But i'll be here next Sunday on the same couch watching the same outcome.
  12. "TE Scott Chandler The big-target TE continues to get better and better. He snared two more touchdowns and made the Patriots pay for letting him run free down the seam. Let’s see the team has a speed receiver that can outrun coverage, a TE that gets them into the end zone and two running backs that are capable of taking it to the house on any touch – where then are they lacking on offense? Oh yeah, now I remember." Chandler's play was really the only positive I saw on offensive. That snag in the corner for the first TD was beautiful and brought a tear to my eye. Now I've always been a Fitz guy just because he was such a breath of fresh air from Trent Edwards, and he always gives 110% on every snap. But It's too obvious now though, the guy just doesn't have the physical tools to lead to this team against better opponents. We will not have a winning season until we have a true Franchise QB. And the worst part is that we'll go 8-8 this year, draft around 15th overall, grab a safety or LB, and this cycle will continue. I would have gladly tanked the season and went 0-16 to grab Geno Smith in next years draft.
  13. Nothing but misery, that's correct. Every regular season win brings me even more misery knowing that we'll be out of contention for a true franchise quarterback. 5-11, 6-10, 7-9 EVERY YEAR!! And that's all I've seen. Oh yea, when I was in 3rd grade I got to witness the Music City Miracle. My fondest memory. And you and I both know (as well as everyone else on this board) that you can't simply just stop watching this team. Every Sunday (and Thursday Nov. 15th) i'll be back to cheer these pathetic excuses for professional football players. OR as Tom Brady would say "B#tches".
  14. I'm 21 years old and Ralph has brought me nothing but absolute misery. For the first time EVER, I shut off the TV yesterday and stopped watching half way through the 4th quarter. I wouldn't even do that during the Trent Edwards era. I refuse to buy tickets, merchandise, it's almost got to the point where I want to stop coming to TwoBillsDrive so that they can't make ad revenue off of my clicks. I'm disgusted with this organization from the bottom up. I feel like punching "little people" now just because one of our trainers is a "little person". Let me also add that Ralph lives in Detroit.....DETROIT!!! Buffalo is such a terrible place that our owner lives in DETROIT!!!! And the worst thing is I'm from Albany, I could have been celebrating Super Bowls with my best friends taking quick 2.5 hr drives to watch a solid organization in Jersey. But no, I chose to be a Bills fan. A die hard fan of the MOST MISERABLE FRANCHISE IN THE HISTORY OF SPORTS!!!!!! That Pizza Hut comment on the first page was solid, thanks for that.
  15. Come on now. Great post, I'm debating whether I should shovel out the $40 to get NFL rewind but it sure sounds worth it. I've watched the highlights of the Browns/Bengals game and Richardson looks real good. I can't see them running well on Sunday though, but we will probably get burned on some screen passes.
  16. Can't imagine what my reaction would be to fumbling on the 1 yard line just before half time like they did. Man that was brutal.
  17. Do you guys remember week 4 on the road against the Bengals last year? We all had it chalked up as win after going 3-0 and beating the Patriots* but be careful. This will be a tough game. This is one we need to win if this is going to be our year though.
  18. I was also there, but I didn't boo. It was more of me throwing up my arms and screaming at the sky. I'm 21 years old and haven't seen a Bills playoff game since 4th grade. 4TH GRADE!!! If you were atleast coherent enough to watch the superbowl years, I don't wan't to hear it. The most fond memory of this team I've witnessed has been the Music City Miracle. No wonder most people my age only go to the games to get drunk.
  19. did Davis even make the team??
  20. Post of the year
  21. I agree. He is the most talented CB on this team. He's just dumb as rocks.
  22. It's not Ralph's fault. It's hard to win in the NFL.
  23. I agree completely, these were not bad guys at all....other than the remark about East Rutherford being a real city. Where the hell did that come from??
  24. They couldn't have comped him the bottled water? I smell racism!!
  25. Ill take the Bills with points next week...expect a heavy dose of Fred. I still love this team regardless of the last 2 weeks. I don't like the coaching though.
