  1. I was able to watch exactly 0 live games while stationed overseas, so I can't refute or agree with your statement....but if McKenzie's a playmaker then was he simply underutilized last year (179 yards)? If we're just looking at receiving stats, then how does DiMarco's 62 yards receiving affect McKenzie making the team? If they're looking for pass-catching running backs and production, then I think TJ Yeldon's 487 receiving yards actually puts them both at risk.
  2. You might be on to something here. After we trade our #1 for a (nearly) 31 year old receiver who's played 16 games only twice in the last 5 years, then maybe we could send our 2nd round pick to Seattle for Janikowski to shore up our kicking game.
  3. Understand the point you're trying to make, but don't follow the logic. Looking at Ole Miss' pass distribution, 72% of the passes went to the top 2 receivers and 85% to the top 3. Knox saw less than 8% of the receptions. If passes were distributed more evenly - as you demonstrated that Alabama's were - then Knox also could have pulled in 750 yards on 40 receptions. The argument about pass distribution is valid.
  4. ...which he did 7 times for 40+ yards and another 8 times for 20+ yards. Sucks to be slow.
  5. 113 broken tackles in 2018...sounds slippery. Per @Sportsnaut listed as 2018's fourth Most Dangerous College Football Playmaker (behind Arizona's Khail Tate, Boston College's AJ Dillon, and Buffalo's Anthony Johnson)
  6. Singletary to special teams as a shifty return guy, maybe?
  7. How much did you pay for the head of Gabbert?
  8. Don't let Peterman throw it in, it’ll wind up in someone else’s bag!
  9. Sorry, I didn't realize that questions or opinions aren't welcome here. I'll try to stick to facts and figures like everyone else.
  10. I was in no way trying to compare the two, Jesus. I know nothing about Murphy and was simply asking if he has the skill set to play a similar role.
  11. A lesser Thurman. Same role, less yardage. We really haven't had anyone else who could do what Thurman did and Shady likely will not be around much longer.
  12. Going back to his college days it seems that Marcus Murphy has served as a versatile utility back. He'll never put up similar numbers as Thurman Thomas, but does anyone else think he has the skill set to play the same role on a smaller scale? I think that with Murphy, one more good receiver (if nobody emerges from the current roster) and a solid OL, the K-gun offense is reborn as the J-gun. A man can dream, right?
  13. The Browns love to trade with us...send them Shaq Lawson for Josh Gordon.
  14. Agreed, but Stevie Johnson dropped a wide open game-winning TD pass in OT. I don't think that defined his career with the Bills.
  15. Not saying they are wrong, but that doesn't make you right. As much as I love this team, they were NOT a solid playoff team last year. They backed into the playoffs with outside help and a little bit of good luck.
  16. I have an incredibly high degree of faith in this coaching staff, but given the losses we took on the o-line I honestly can't see how anyone believes that our starting QB doesn't spend half the season on his backside. For that reason alone, I really hope that they don't start Allen this year.
  17. Yeeeeeeeessssssssssss!!!!!!!!! !
  18. Follow this up with Shaquem Griffin in Rd 4, our front 7 will be pretty solid!
  19. The Bills are on the phone with Mason Rudolph.
