he is only in the NFL because of who his brother is. this guy is a clown and if carson retires then jordan should think about doing the same thing. maybe he can get a job carrying carsons clubs on the golf course
-
thats actually some pretty good odds for us. to bad there is not a box-bet for the bottom 2 teams at the end of the season, cause we'd prob be one of the two teams.
-
how often have u seen him do this since he has been in buffalo?? not often. cut him some slack he is a solid player

the one point kyper was deff right on was the fact that a lot of this years draft picks are going to be expected to either play large roles for first year players or even become immediate starters. this is compounded by the fact the the lockout makes it so we can not sign players immediatly and insert them. lets hope this draft is better than some of the recent past (it really seems like a good one though)

Finnish hockey coach falls down drunk on tarmac
wnyBacker replied to zow2's topic in Off the Wall Archives
that was one hell of a dive, he should become a soccer coach in europe so he can help the players over there work on thier dives. seriously though if the sabres won the cup everyone would be drunk falling over just like that, no big deal -
its amazing that most people will not put george wilson in the starting lineup if they had the chance, they would reather put in a rookie from college. seriously though, wilson could have 75 picks this year and still there would be a lot of people saying that he doesnt belong on the field. a good player is a good player irregardless if he was a undrafted wideout or a high pick saftey from a big school.

Want nicknames? I'll give you nicknames

I got a nickname for Kelsay for you, Chris "Worthless at linebacker and overpaid" Kelsay......does that work? -
ANY of you season ticket holders in or around

Row 17 on the 30 yard line is not too low at all because from that spot you are looking at the field from a horizontal perspective. i used to have seats in 109 (the end near the rockpile) 10 rows up and it was brutal because its tough looking about 130 yards on a vertical plane (thats why i switched to seats higher up after a few seasons). but yeah you should give those seats hell because they really sound good. -
Possible link to new uniform color

with how backwards thing are with the bills a lot of the time i wouldnt be shocked to see them put the slug on the side of the helmet. -
the site that posted that is clearly out of touch with the bills. i think there is no way, from what nix and chan said, that the bills would bring in a 40 something year old washed up qb to replace fitz for 1 yr. and besides, fitz is honestly a lot better at this moment than farve is.

i dont think that many people really care that much any more about ralphs health since terry pegula came to town. hopefully he is healthy enough to ensure the bills remain he in the shortterm but it would also be a breath of fresh air if we got a new owner here in the near future who will keep the bills here and pump money into them to build a winner like pegula has done/will do for the sabes.

i heard that before the police tasered him on the viagra possesion he told the cops "Im Louis Murphy of the Oakland Raiders, and im worth MILLIONS!"

if Buffalo is to sign one free agent

cornell green -
they should stop worrying about color cordinations and worry about putting together an actual football team. they could just end all the uniform nonsense like the sabres did this year, just go back to the throwbacks full time and then we never have to discuss the bills uniforms ever again.

Good article by Gaughn on Buddy Nix Today
wnyBacker replied to bananathumb's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
if every other team was smart, they would do the exact opposite in the draft that the bills do or say they are going to do. we were the only ones "smart" enough to draft clowns like maybin and whitner and countless other lousy picks -
he did look decent in the preseason. but there was abvously a reason that greenbay had him on the practice squad. not trying to bring this up but in all honestly jp losman would make a 20x's better 3rd string qb for this team instead of brohm (just like his role in seattle). hell even the baddest man in town levi brown would prob be a better fit as the backup
-
if you go with the idea of playing the best players that you have then spiller would be a role player coming of the bench to give actionjackson a breather. who really cares about were he was selected in the draft. if we went by that way of thinking then maybin would be a starter right?

Trade a safety to Indy or Green Bay
wnyBacker replied to billsfan89's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
a 4th or 3rd for whitner? nobody would probably even claim him off waivers...we would be lucky to get a couple of new tralfs for the bathrooms at the ralph in return -

lee is a #2 but that does not take away from the fact that trent sucks. -

Worst cities for NFL game traffic
wnyBacker replied to buffalobillsfootball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
that would probably explain why everyone shows up lit to the game...to much time to drink in the car! -
How many sacks by Aaron Maybin?
wnyBacker replied to Another Point of View's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
there is a better chance of the opposing quarterback sacking Maybin
