coples is trash but perry is ok? i just didnt see that. perry goes awol for whole games in a row not just a play or 2 off he just doesnt even show up in games period. i wouldnt mind if we got him later but at 10? i would be pretty bummed. coples runs circles around perry imo

merriman will play DE not olb in the 43. i like coples tho and still think he would fit well. people were bitching about his stats but they moved him all over the line played on the left and then bounced inside and teams ran away from him. its not like hes some bum. just watch some games of him without listenting to the talking heads so much

brock is a really athletic guy for being 6'7. was a bball player. and decided to change over to football he only started 15 games i think and would have stayed in school but dennis erickson got canned and didnt wanna run the option and thats what ASU will be doing next year. there was talk about him transfering to cal where is QB coach/OC from ASU was hired but i think ASU wouldnt grant him the transfer. hes very raw but got the tools. big arm and hes very mobile. but very very raw and is a project for sure

still think coples is the pick if available and think he fits the best as well. perry looked the part at the combine gaining some weight and still being pretty quick. espn had a article on branch/perry and said branch blew him out of the water on lateral movement and open field type moves. personally I still feel like coples was asked to bounce inside so much then back out that it had a lot to do with his numbers being down. the thing that worries me about perry is he went games where he just didnt exist ot just a play or 2 off i mean a game or 2. also thought it was interesting that melvin ingram showed up lighter to appeal to 34 teams too. to show he could play both. and appeal to all teams.

hes not even running the 40 at the combine. im pretty sure he said hed run it at his pro day. im a big fan of his ill admit that first. his QB play was horrid and as the above poster stated when lattimore went down teams were just double and triple covering him. connar shaw also has games where he threw it less then 20 times ina game. even triple option throws it that much. i just think for all the surrounding factors he still had good numbers for the hand he was dealt. if he had any sort of consistent QB play his number would have been much better. i still think he might have a better pro career then blackmon. who i like too but hes kind of like the second coming of keyshawn. no DB is afraid of him running past him. you can ay the same about alshon but you cant coach the size he has either.

maybe the WRs are better wrs then the pass rushers are at pass rushing. and they feel that its not good value

love to see the bills add josh chapman who was dareus's teammate at bama. i know our DTs look good with dareus/wiliiams and heard played well at the end of the year too. but this kid could be a very valuable piece if added in the 3rd round or so.
