  1. Not to high on this team b/c of the start. I love the Calviin pick in a 10 team, but your draft shows why it can be problematic in deeper leagues. You went: Calvin - Gore You likely could have went: T. Rich/Ray Rice/Lynch/Morris - Julio/D. Thomas/B. Marshall/or even Dez Bryant(maybe) Even if I'm too high on the Wrs and its a full notch lower then it is still a crop with the likes of Roddy White/Andre Johnson/Cobb/vjax/and Larry fitz w/ a new qb That's all assuming you didn't end up wanting Gore as a 2nd good back. Anyway I think you could have gotten a more reliable rb1 and a top notch wr...or a good #1rb and #2 rb...instead you got a good wr1 and a guy I'm not thrilled to have as rb2. Who know it could work out great but I might have even taken a different rb with your Gore pick depending on who is available. Also, now your RB2 is bad. And I'm not a huge fan of D. Jackson a lot of risk there (but a lot of reward possibly). Danny Amendola could save your team if you find a way to get a better RB2 off waivers. TL;DR - Your WRs could explode and carry the team for a while but you will have to beef up RB somehow you are hurting there and it will crush you over the course of the season. Also, your WRs are risky so better get going on waivers now. Cam is fine, just cross your fingers for similar rushing stats.
  2. IMO Jordy Nelson is a problem. I would have tried not to do that. As for QB I don't think anyone should even worry about their starting QB (unless they insist on getting a top 4 guy too early in the draft) let alone their back up. If everyone in the league has a back up on their roster in a 12 team league then yes that is a problem (and you are in a stupid league), but either way someone on waivers will be in a position to hold you over for 1 week at QB trust me.
  3. things happen man it is football and as we all know you can't hit hard high
  4. If there's one thing Troup has proven remarkably talented at...it is staying in the league. This guy is a miracle worker. Never count him out.
  5. Mario has enough pride to care about his stats even if we suck. This man doesn't want to labeled a bust/overrated
  6. My first draft...I think I failed to fight the impulse to reach at QB and TE...I will fight that much harder next draft but still happy w/ RBs and WRs: 1. (9) Marshawn Lynch RB 2. (12) Alfred Morris RB 3. (29) Roddy White WR 4. (32) Andre Johnson WR 5. (49) Wes Welker WR 6. (52) Russell Wilson QB 7. (69) Chris Ivory RB 8. (72) Mike Williams WR 9. (89) Owen Daniels TE 10. (92) Rashard Mendenhall RB 11. (109) Chris Givens WR 12. (112) Michael Floyd WR 13. (129) Mark Ingram RB 14. (132) Malcom Floyd WR 15. (149) Isaiah Pead RB
  7. Thing about that one is, it isn't that complicated, and more than 50% of the nation is in with that. Just saying.
  8. What to do? Hmmm...given that it is Africa...we can do what we usually do...ignore it.
  9. No real reason to cut Kolb imo. No reason to start him, no reason to cut him.
  10. This Hogan guy deserves a spot too. Keep 7.
  11. I am also crazy smart, for the record. Really good looking, young, rich, have a really desirable and important job, six pack, several awesome cars, and really nothing looserish about me at all except the bills. Oh, I also play most instruments and have a great understanding of music theory. I sing like a bird
  12. After reading the link, this seems to be more a transcription error than a gaffe, as it is a matter of punctuation.
