  1. Your use of hyperbole is obscene.
  2. The O-line sucks. Spiller sucks. Orton sucks. Hacket sucks. In that order of suckitude.
  3. I wouldn't focus on the veracity of cliches and catch phrases too much if winning is your goal. Perhaps a English Lit major or AP writer could rock some prose on the subject?
  4. I liked Orton better when he was in "Freddy Got Fingered". Orton and this O-line deserve each other. Spiller looked good though.
  5. It took about 6 white russians for me to laugh about it too.
  6. Your assumption that a potential humiliation against the likes of Belichic and Brady, not to mention risk of injury and major lack of reps over the past few months, is extreme. The O-line currently could get him seriously hurt in a game that serves no greater good anymore. The season is over. EJ's best bet is to take this time to become as healthy, fresh, and well studied as possible leading into OTA's. I'd rather see Orton on a stretcher next week than Manuel. It's not a crime to accept that this simply wasn't Manuel's year. The fact that you feel a loss is totally expected, and yet feel that he should start anyway, is a little confusing to me.
  7. This is an important perspective that is lost on many. What is their to gain for EJ personally to go in for live action against the division winner to end the season. Letting him have a full offseason of health and quality work will serve him and perhaps the team better while Orton is the one to enter the lion's den next week and get killed behind that O-line. Setting EJ up to fail appears to be the goal of some of these so called EJ supporters. Go figure.
  8. The entire O-line looked over matched today. That line may be big, but they are weak. Hacket sucks, but the O-line is garbage. The only way that anyone could get them to possibly play better is with the use of cattle prods. With enough voltage, I am sure that these guys would produce, but they are p*****s.
  9. It appears to me that no Dareus means big problems. Lock him up long term, continue investing at OL, TE, and bring in some competition at QB. The lack of attrition at the QB spot needs to end until the second coming of Jim Kelly reveals himself. I just can't believe how such a big O-line can play like such p****s. Their problem isn't coaching. It's ability and discipline. These guys are physically overmatched. Some of them will just never be good enough.Just as the Bills D-line didn't come together overnight, the same will hold true with the O-line.
  10. This is likely a great prediction. That contract is as radioactive as his personality.
  11. 8 to 7, Bills with 4 safeties and the Raiders with a pick-6 off of Orton.
  12. Sign them both. 5 RBs would be revolutionary. They could go 5 wide and motion into any running play, any formation! Besides, Rice said that he is sorry.
  13. Something tells me that the Bills will be entering September of 2015 with a last minute shake up of the O-line. Not for necessarily bad reasons but that perhaps some of the new blood begins to show up and compete at G. If Glenn gets moved anywhere, it has to be RT. The run game to the strong side that usually has TE help blocking would improve big time. That is a big IF as to whether Richardson could handle LT for 20 games in hopes of a playoff run.
  14. I just hope that if he becomes the kind of owner that wants to tell the GM who the first round pick should be or which players to cut and sign, that he mans up and gives himself the title of GM. The fans deserve accountability too.
  15. Nice try on the psychology. I am not taking the bait on a paradigm that you are presenting. You claim that there will be a scapegoat and then throw a multiple choice question back. In the midst of good holiday cheer in Buffalo Bills land, you are painting some dismal sub-plots that I just don't understand yet. I see the next 2 games as an opportunity for everybody on your list to be a little bit better than they were the day before and perhaps make the playoffs. As our defense shows, players can play better. Coaches can coach better. Why are you trying to be a bummer?
  16. Excellent point. The Oakland game looms large right now. It's great to have a December like this when every game has so much gravity to it.
  17. It's amazing that Schwartz's "wide-9" didn't tank the season for us.
  18. If you think you know so much, then tell us who the new scapegoat will be/should be. Or is this so you can avoid accountability while pushing your own propaganda? Enjoy the crescendo of the season and let's see where the chips fall.
  19. Are you saying that Cutler is an alien?
  20. They should do it after any Orton pass over 20 yards.
  21. I didn't even have to buy you dinner.
  22. Given the gift of hindsight, and Mario's return from injuries, I think I understand better why he struggled so much his first year. His game is straight power, 2 handed bull rushing. Coming off with the pec tear and wrist injury, it makes more sense why he was less effective as a pass rusher. Swim moves and bending aren't in his arsenal, he is straight ShaQ-attack. You can't coach that kind of power.
  23. I dare say that one year under Pettine probably upped the football IQ substantially on that side of the ball. They were ready to receive the Schwartz.
