no way chandler can make that catch. unless he has world class sprinter speed. go back and watch the pass. ej is throwing to a spot and I do applaud the fact that he tries to lead chandler. great idea and the right pass. just poor execution. the throw wasn't on the money. chandler is not making that play. it would have taken a full extension, diving effort. I'm not even sure that any of our receivers make that play.

this just in: EJ turned his jock around and took a dump in it!!
-
3 3 and outs? sure, if he is carrying the ball 3 times in a row with no passing in between! your statement there makes absolutely no sense.
-
how many times has spiller scored a TD OR set up a TD with a long run? I don't care if he does carry 8 times for 2 yards and finally breaks a big one. in a close game, the ability to break a long run for a score ANY time he touches the ball is a skill that I do NOT want to let go of. PERIOD.

simple question was asked. why not a simple answer given? just an outsider here but you sound like a tool who can't back up his statements.

I hate Chris Hogan; not really hate, but you know what I mean

Does anyone think that so far in his very short career EJ reminds you of a young Donovan McNabb? McNabb was very raw with his mechanics and always suffered with accuracy issues....a very streaky QB who even late in his career struggled to find consistency. However, both have very strong arms and the ability to scramble and keep plays alive. Very athletic. All the tools. Just need it to come together, especially the accuracy. Even if EJ ends up being as good as McNabb I will be 100% happy and satisfied, for the record. Even with flaws that may never go away, because of his athletic ability and strong arm, he will always be able to keep plays alive and extend drives. something that can make up for a lot of deficiencies! -

I see your point 100% Wiz and agree with where you are coming from. Again, we all tend to take football too seriously at times and I was only trying to add a little humor to what has been a very 'gloom and doom' board after the first week of camp...referring to the number of negative posts about EJ. Eball: if you want to refer to me as a troll go right ahead. The thought of you fuming at your keyboard over my harmless comment makes me laugh and puts a huge grin on my face. Exactly what I needed after the day I've had. Thank you sir!! -

not that it matters but the bomb to Goodwin was on 1on1's, not 11on11's. just for the record. relax! -

haha maybe some fans need to RELAX and not take things so seriously. I thought my comments would get a rise out of some of you and I was absolutely correct. CHILL!! have fun and don't take football so damn serious. wow. -

Maybe EJ just doesn't practice well. Maybe he is a true gamer and is not wanting to show his 'goods' before the season starts! -

thought about making it a 3rd time but that would probably have been overkill. I think my point was made. LOL. I'm really just busting his chops. I hope like crazy that he succeeds and has a monster season, but for every step he takes forward, he has this unsettling knack of taking two steps back. -

Practice was also canceled in an effort to stop Manuel's confidence from getting any lower after throwing a pick on the 2nd play of 11on11's. After tossing the interception, he hung his head so quickly in a show of shame and disgust that he nearly suffered ligament damage. -

Manuel throws pick on 2nd play of 11v11. Couldn't ask for a better start from our starting qb. At least he's consistant!! -
for all those claiming Glennon refuses to throw the deep ball and just checks down all game, take a look at these highlights from the Clemson game. Two of his first three completions were bombs for touchdowns. true he had some bad interceptions in this game but i'm not arguing that his accuracy is great. only that he has a great long ball and he uses it a lot. I graduated from NCSTATE in 2006 and I've watched nearly every football game during that time and since then. Glennon has had no help during his time at State as he has played behind a miserable o.line (just look at the rushing totals per game, some of the worst in the nation and the Pack seroiusly tried to run) and his wr's were mediocre at best. one game in particular against UNC they were really awful...11 dropped passes....are you seious??! Not even Phillip Rivers would have put up good numbers with these guys. just saying....

does anyone think easley's career is finished?
-
or don beebe. heck, i'd take back peerless price now...at least the price of 2002 with his breakout season when he went deep early and often with bledsoe. heck, i'd take bucky brooks right now.
-
no kidding. after watching easley in preseason, i made the remark to one of my friends that he reminded me of a young eric moulds. (he'd need to bulk up a little of course). i know it was only a preseason game but he dominated the first half of action against jacksonville and gave me hope of what he could be...then of course the mysterious illness and the rest is history.
-
let's be clear. jackson is faster, bigger, stronger....a true number one. steive might be a number one but that has yet to be proven. still, i want stevie. he wants to be here. that means a lot to me. loyalty. jackson is a punk who is only playing for money. could care less where he plays. just my opinion obviously but it's based on what i've seen over the last three years.
-
sure, but that has nothing to do with the poll question. it was simple. if you could just choose one, would you want johnson or jackson.
-
Jackson is a more talented receiver but I can't help but want Stevie back. I know about his problems with celebrations after touchdowns, but that does not take back how he has totally embraced the city of Buffalo and made it his home. He has been that way since day one and it's obvious to me that he loves the players, the fans, the team, the entire city and what it stands for and he wants to stay. Please don't confuse immiturity with not being a team player or with not loving his team. That is totally absurd. Vincent Jackson is super talented. That is a fact. He is also selfish to the 10th power and when he held out as long as he could last year, I was done with the guy. Totally not a team player. Never has been and never will be.

sounds like some of you guys will be pulling for denver to win when they play the bills. why don't you go buy a tebow jersey and a 6er of natty lite. bum!!

haha. this is probably the worst post of the day. Let's take a quick look at how Dallas jumped out to a ligting fast 14-0 lead and then see how much of that had to do with Fitz. Don't worry, this won't take but a minute. Dallas receives the ball and marches down the field like a well oiled machine and passes all over the hopeless Bills. Fitz watches the game from the sidelines. So that must have been all Fitz's fault right? Okay, Bills get the ball and decide not to block or even attempt to block one of the best pass rushers in the game and Ware sacks fit'z for a huge loss and the drive never has a chance. Fitz should have stoned walled Ware and thrown an 80 yard td pass to johnson. Again, Fitz's fault for sure. Bills give the ball back to Dallas and again they make Buffalo look silly and score easily. Fitz's fault again right? 14-0 before the Bills even knew what hit them. Piss poor coaching and a Defense that looks like a bottom feeder. Pathetic!
