  1. So Warren?
  2. Really - Hunter and Hooper are some of best pass catchers in the NFL. Please describe where they rank with all the WRs, RBs and TEs.
  3. I suspect Beane will wait to see how the market shakes out and then look to upgrade at a reduced rate. Barkley moves to #3 at a reasonable cost. There is no need to be an early mover with a saturated market.
  4. This one is worse - Bills take a G. I can imagine the meltdown here if this really happened. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000001102631/article/threeround-2020-nfl-mock-draft-20-trades-shake-up-round-1 PICK 22 Cesar Ruiz - OL School: Michigan | Year: Junior The Bills' guard play was less than stellar in 2019. Ruiz started at guard early in his career at Michigan, but moved to center with Ben Bredeson and Michael Onwenu manning either side of him.
  5. I think it is the opposite. If the union wanted a $35 million max for a player, that means more for the other players. A cap impacts 32 players negatively, benefits 1650 players.
  6. Same here in Austin Texas area.
  7. You are awarded an "A" for imagination.
  8. I am not sure you trade up for a WR. QB of course and OT or edge. A WR can be taken out of a game easily. I would let a WR fall to me in this draft class with the talent level at WR. As the fail rate is high on WRs and good ones are often low picks/undrafted, I might pick one in 1st and 3rd/4th.
  9. This is one of the few "would ya" posts that make sense.
  10. Have you checked the actual stats or making things up?
  11. Maybe it was murder-suicide?
  12. I can't wait for Barr to go to Congress again. He owned them last time, will do so again.
  13. It starts at 95 then 90 then 85 until costs = intake.
  14. But not with an old, injured TE.
  15. Just because there is cap space it does not need to be used. If it was use it or lose it, then I might agree. Since it can be rolled into the future, there are better used than an aging RB.
  16. Based on his latest performance, no thanks.
  17. Did you post a selfie by mistake?
  18. So he is not on the block? A second if the right contract can be agreed upon up front.
  19. This is a good idea. He may not be able to give a 16 game, full time effort but can be a role player.
  20. Non sports events are always cited to justify a stadium but rarely materialize. Adding MLS teams, college football, etc help spread the costs. Conventions and concert will not pay the bills.
  21. If all the things happened as outlined, the expected outcome would be a losing team. I guess that is unexpected as most here expect them to be winners.
  22. So you think the NFL will force the Bills to move? A PR loser that will never happen.
  23. The revenue issue is misunderstood IMO. For Buffalo the revenue is less but expenses are also less as there is no debt service. So Buffalo may be more profitable with less revenue. We will not know since they do not have to release their financials. For the NFL it is about a smaller share for the visiting team and not being able to advertise the revenue levels. This should be of no concern for the Bills. This is simple: if the Bills believe the market can afford a new stadium, then downtown will be the location. If they don't then an updated New Era will be the plan.
  24. How long until the Carolina connection is no longer a thing in the minds of the pundits?
  25. In round 1 the Jets secured an OT to protect Darnold. In round 2, it was down to Edge and WR. Michael Pittman has the size needed for red zone work but WR is deep and one can still be had in round 3. Rushers are harder to find and the pool is getting shallow. Thus, the Jets land the Edge rusher they should have drafted last year when they passed on the other Josh Allen. With the 48th pick, the Jets select Julian Okwara, Edge, Notre Dame. The Steelers @H2o are on the clock. @Virgil
