  1. Doesnt make sensee if we want the younger guys to develop. If we have brown, Beasley, foster, zay on the field..and whoever we draft. I just dont see dez happy with getting only 60 to 50 percent of the off snaps. Brown and des on the outside and Beasley in the slot sounds good on paper, but you know dez will cry like a baby when he isn't on the field.
  2. i think we have 25+ players that their contracts expire next year. Should be interesting what beane will do next season, as well.
  3. Offer him 8mil take it or leave it, which h I'm sure is what Beane did, no way I would give that injury prone DE over 10mil.
  4. Ty contract is 7.5mil a year so take that down to 29mil left rookie draft 10 mil...we still have 19 this year. Still able to pounce on and maneuver if need be. No need to rush now. I would save it for our own players.
  5. if true, that man should be out of nfl and in jail, lets see how he likes it in there where he cant break a kids arm. He will get something broke of in him!
  6. Miami must have been the team that asked JP If he was still interested in the NFL at Clemson's proday
  7. Jake ruddock and David fales...yuck only qb on roster
  8. Fant is the more althetic player that doesnt block well. TJ is the blocker, good hands just not as athletic. So pick ur poison, if u want just a strictly pass catcher go with fant, if u want all around TE go with hock.
  9. 2017: oj howard, evan engram, David njoku all 1st round...i stated this in another thread but TE usually take 2 or 3 years to get acclimated to the NFL. They need to know the entire online blocking scheme/concepts and run WR route tree. I'm an Iowa Hawkeye fan I love both TE it's just to much for a 9th pick. Evan engram was 1st rookie TE in 15 years to top 600 yards and got 722. Love to trade back and get hock but otherwise maybe fant at 40 or georia kid i keep forgetting his name.
  10. Seems like xmas if those 2 fall in those spots, gotta love simulated drafts. Those guys will not be available in either spot.
  11. Thank you i couldnt remember his name. I follow the iowa hawkeyes and these 2 TE will be good in the NFL. I am hoping for fant in the second but i really dont see him lasting that long. Fant is the better athletically, but TJ doesnt mind getting dirty and being part of the oline. Fant u will hardly ever see blocking someone. TJ is technically sound with his blocking, that is why i think you will see him go at 12 to greenbay. I just dont like spending a high draft pick at 9 for someone that might only get 400 yards on the season when we need to plug that hole from letting RB run all over us.
  12. Then you dont know how to evlaulate the TE postion. George kittle, 5th rnd, season 2, 1377 yards 88 rec, 1st season only 40 rec. Gronk 2nd rnd pick, 2nd season 90 balls 1300 yards 17 tds. In 2017 3 TE went in first round, engram, howard and njoku. They all had flashes of being good there 1st year but nothing i would write home to mom about and even their 2nd year wasnt great. So to say they arent good is a broad and useless statement. In the NFL it take a good TE to usually pick up the NFL game in 2 to 3 years. Next time know what you are talking about before just coming up with a blanket statement. Correction Evan engram could write home to momma cuz he was the 1st rookie TE in 15 years to eclipse 600 yards his rookie season and ended up with 722. in the NFL the TE postion need to know blocking scheme of the Oline and know how to run the route tree of the WR. With all the concepts/schemes/match ups it usually takes 2 to 3 years for the TE to catch up to the NFL style of play regardless of how "good" you are.
  13. TE maybe at 40 but not 9. TE usually dont make an impact til year 2 or 3. I think we can get Fant or the kid from georgia at 40. With all this work in FA it gives us the freedom to do what the regime feels is the BPA. I Cant wait til April 25th the excitement is gunna build til then, my wife is already calling me a weirdo.
  14. down to 42.8mil per spotrac, but gore (2mil), roberts (2.5mil), ty(6-7mil???), Feliciano (4mil) are not in yet. Just not sure on what tys contract was should put us around 27mil with 10 going to rookies, gives us still 17mil. I think the bills are done with FA. They made a ton of moves over the last few days. Im really excited about what OBD has done. Team will look totally different next season and we have some nice draft capital coming up. I would have to say bills will be looking at DT/DE at pick 9.
  15. He missed 9 games last year, he has off field issues, it's not worth the money
  16. Nooooo, injury prone, waste of talent, do not like this guy.
  17. 1. Ed Oliver- DT Houston 2. Noah Fant - TE Iowa 3. Hakeem butler - WR -ISU 4. Ben Banogu - DE/OLB TCU 4. Miles Sanders - RB PSU 5. Mike Bell - S Fresno st 5. Mark fields - CB Clemson 6. Andrew James - OT UCLA 7. Ben powers - G Oklahoma 7. Zedrick Woods - CB/S Oklahoma
  18. Yes, but i think its all well spent and very front loaded deals, we can get out of most them in year 1 or 2. Team is going to look totally different, lets hope they can hit the floor running. New oline, new wr, new te, corner, and pick 9 and 40 should be very interesting.
  19. I dont think bills have the cap space now after all the additions past two days, we still need 9 mil for rookies. Per sportrac we have 45mil left and it doesnt have gore, johnson, ty or feliciano. There is prolly 20mil wrapped up in those guys. leaves us at 25mil less 9 for rookies puts us at 16. Im thinking bell wants 17 to 20mil.
  20. NOOOOOOOOOOO stay away! Dude is talented but wasted it in detriot. has off field issues, maturity issues, just stay away dude is a cancer.
  21. i dont think williams will get that kind of money, maybe 4/40.
