If compared to Thigpen then Tebow is way better. He brings a positive vibe to the team and most importantly knows how to win. The kicker is that he is Jim Kellys boy as he wanted the Bills to draft him a couple years ago. I think in the long run it would be a cost savings move. By the way, rumor has it that New England is thinking about bringing him in. If he sucks then whey would they bother? Because they can see raw talent in a player and capitalize on it.

I personally would either trade Thigpen or release Thigpen for Tebow. Sure Tebow may have some throwing flaws this early in age but you have to remember. Jim Kelly wanted this kid badly. He can learn from Jim and still bring a positive vibe to the team. Secondly, Tebow is still young, positive and always finds a way to win. Thigpen on the other hand is aging and overpaid. He doesnt bring the same positive vibe but quite honeslty we can draft a raw rookie and inherit his skills.

Quite Honestly, I think that Buffalo will pick up the best CB at 10. No doubt, our current CBs are aging so now is the time to mix things up. As far as McKelvin, is it possible that he can be repositioned to play as a SS or S. Im quite sure that he played there a couple of games last year and did fantastic. If he thrived there then I would extend him and not bring back Scott.

Stevie Johnson needs to get signed as soon as possible. This is a no brainer. What makes him more appealing is that this man has got swagger, passion and a winning attitude. I hold nothing against him. If we can bring him in and then pick up Reggie Wayne to man the other end then we will be set. Jones, Parrish and Martin can be given walking papers. Add 2 TEs Chandler on one end and a quicker one on the other then we will be set. In order to free up salary space we can release Thigpen. I will never understand how a team can pay a backup QB so much money if he isnt starting. I would rather draft a couple of QBs.

I would cut Tyler Thigpen draft a good QB and then let Fitz duke it out in preseason. The best QB available in our spot should be able to throw the long ball without straining like Fitz does. Does anyone one know who is mobile, accurate and can throw the long ball with ease? I don't follow college so I wouldn't know.

Honestly, I think that players such as Carrington, Shepphard, Moates Batten are being used wrong. I am convinced that our DC and linebackers coach have no idea on where to place these Players in order to put em in a position to capitalize on where there strengths are. Ala Aaron Maybin. I think that if we have Moats playing the same way Aaron is then he will be just as successful. I think that the 3-4 is used to ensure that they can stop the run and the 4-3 to put more pressure on the QB. While I am all for using a hybrid defense, you can only make it work if you know where to place the talent u have as well as picking up and drafting the right personnel.
