Going in to Sunday 21 teams in the NFL were under .500 - 21 Are they all firing their coaches? Should we settle for poor performance? No - need to demand better- but firing everyone every year is just plain stupid. The people clamoring for change are being ridiculous. We need stability and continuity to begin to go anywhere. We finally have ownership willing to make this happen and people want instant change. I have been furious at various times this year and still am at everything from schemes to stupidity but i cannot endorse starting over- We are on the right track and need to stay the course with this group- tweaking some things? yes- tweaking personnel? yes- wholesale change? NO

I am still really pissed off- plenty of venom at the coaching staff but mainly still furious at the league. Officiating is awful. Around the League. Cardinals win and Arians is fuming. MNF does a bit on it last night. Not good enough. MNF still kissing the hind end of the NFL with it's puff piece. It is awful. It is making the games unwatchable because it is so inconsistent. Phantom calls. No calls. It's a catch. It's not a catch. He's down. He's not down. It's a first. it's not a first. DO YOUR EFFING JOBS!! GET AN EFFING CLUE!!! As Arians said--- it is FUBAR!!! GET IT FIXED NFL!

Hang on Girls. It is not Rex's job to officiate the game. It is the NFL's job through it's officials. They are a complete embarrassment. You cannot challenge every play they screw up. We will again see a letter or statement form the NFL acknowledging "errors" made in the game. Week after week. Rex and his staff did plenty to screw this game up. The refs were horrendous. again. again. again.

Another fine example of the incompetence the NFL officials now display in every game. Utter incompetence. And another paid shill covering their asses by trying to justify it.

So another week and another apology form the NFL for their mistakes- Rex and his staff deserve tuns of criticism but I can no longer stomach what this league allows for officiating- at the end of the broadcast the kiss arse Gannon actually served up some string criticism for Rex and his staff for not challenging the Hogan no catch- hey Rich- here's and idea- GET OFFFCIALS THAT CAN MAKE CORRECT CALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WEEK AFTER WEEK WE HAVE TO WATCH THESE INCOMPETENTS TRY TO DECIDE A CATCH/NO CATCH- SPOTS OF THE BALL- PASS INTERFERENCE/NO PASS INTERFERENCE- GET A CLUE!! HIRE SOME FULL TIME COMPETENT PEOPLE!! DO WE BOYCOTT? WRITE LETTERS? MAKE PHONE CALLS? WHAT WILL GET THE LEAGUE'S ATTENTION?

A quick story on this topic- many moons ago I attended a game with my kids- two of whom were really young- I believe it was the game where Bryan Cox told us all were #1 as he was marched off the field I called the league office the next day to complain and find out if Cox would be getting any discipline- a nice lady answered the phone and said she would get someone in that office to help me- about 10 seconds later a guy picks up the phone and says "this is Bill Polian how can I help you?" did not think i was going to get to talk to anyone and I got the guy in charge of the department at that time- very surprised- he would have talked all day- fun conversation!

Need one of you guys that has some technical abilities to find a "gif" and get it up here- in the first half Brady was pressured and three a third down incompletion- Hughes had been the one who pressured him and they were exchanging pleasantries as the play ended- Suddenly Marcia flipped out and went running at Gene Sterratore pointing at Hughes - he was crying and whining about something but it was funny- "he called me a name" or something- it was just the ultimate example of Marcia whining and of course another official allowing himself to be berated by Brady- someone find that "gif"

No sense of urgency- we snapped that ball at 5 sec or less on every down of that drive- do we have a quick offense?

Very good article- we are all very quick to criticize and pound on these athletes when they do not live up to "our" expectations for whatever reason- the truth behind many situations is not know until long after we rip them over and over- a lesson to be learned here-

If the Bills and Sabres finish as well as they could you may see both Whaley and Murray be in the running for GM's of the year- not bad for the Pegula's--both have done very good jobs-

WTF??? helmets flying! Pick plays? come on refs - do they work for fan duel?
