Unless they have a camera in the box they might not with the glass being frosted over.
This is family friendly television. I don’t think they can just put a camera in her box.

I’m expecting several dropped passes and a couple fumbles, with the RBs ultimately dominating touches.

Not everyone is part of your "we".
Exactly. And those same jokesters were wondering out loud what type of draft picks we could get in return for trading Allen. It gets embarrassing around here at times.

And with a few exceptions (Rich Eisen, Jim Rome) there definitely seems to be an anti-Bills/anti-Josh Allen sentiment...and that's a good thing.
The average take today goes this way: Dolphins were injured, Josh was bad, Miami should have won but they blew it. On several shows the Bills/Dolphins game and Buffalo's miracle climb to the 2nd seed wasn't even the lead story. But I'm fine with this. I hope the Bills are lucky and Josh is "bad" all the way to las Vegas. Last year the Bills were the media darlings and we fell short. This year our "window is closed" blah blah. But I always felt like Buffalo succeeds more when they are disrespected. So I say keep it coming.
I’ve actually heard a lot of takes about how we win despite multiple crucial errors. The types of mistakes we make, one or two would crush other teams, yet we survive multiple of these. And the games we have lost, could have easily been wins (for the most part). Imagine how unstoppable this team will be in the playoffs if they avoid the mistakes. Josh Allen is superhuman and can carry this team to a SB victory.
That’s what I’m hearing.

Half of this board doesn’t even deserve the Bills.
Are you all this negative and pessimistic in life generally, or is it just a football thing for you?

This board would implode if we called that D in that situation

(Please don't merge this with the thread complaining about the Bills/Eagles officiating. This is different, with wider scope, and not limited to the Bills.)
There have always been suspicions that the NFL is fixed, but this year seems almost blatent. There have been a ton, a ton of badly officiated games this season, and not just involving the Bills. The NFL is in bed with Vegas and the gambling apps, that much is fact.
So, my question is, what do you believe? I don't believe the league is outright scripted. But I do believe they have preferences, and are not afraid to unleash the officials to get the outcomes they want, based on trends.
I hate to be that guy. I hate to think about conspiracy theories. But the officiating all around the league has been laughably bad/questionable the whole season.
Are you one of those people who believe we live in the Matrix?
Ohhhhh…or are any of us actually “people”?
You think that’s air you’re breathing right now?

I cant believe Kincaid just passed Watkins for lead in Rookie receptions. I had such high hopes for Watkins. One of the few picks I wanted the Bills to make no matter what the cost and they made the pick. Its ok to be wrong I guess lol
Should have and could have been Khalil Mack.

I’m visiting family in San Diego and will be driving up to the game. Any recommendations for pre-game shenanigans?

Reality
2023 Bills Oponents 19/20 = 95%
Tyler Norwood 18/23 = 78.3%I’d love to reply and continue this conversation, but I’m going to opt out since you seem to fall in line with the multiple others on this board that only use idiotic alternative names when discussing players and coaches.

Game Ball: Tyler Norwood? That mentality = losing.
What mentality? Pointing out facts? Yeah, best to just live in our own realities.

His stats are essentially the same as every other season he’s been on the team. Slight variations which will likely even out by the end of the year, putting him exactly where he’s been the past three years when everyone loved him. Let’s stop negatively overreacting to every little thing.

I’d love to know who actually started this play. Do the Eagles get credit just because they do it the best? I’ve seen several mentions of them inventing it last year, but I specifically remember Daboll calling this play and it was Knox pushing Allen. That would have to have been the 2021 season at the latest.

Coaching the run out of Josh has proven to be the worst thing to do to his game.
Time for Josh to get pumped up for games instead of all this staying low and staying calm nonsense.

Everyone here likes to dump on the national media, with some justification. But, while national media types of course don’t follow the Bills as closely as we do, guys like Simms know a lot about football and have connections around the league who know even more, and Simms isn’t the only one who’s been saying it. There has been a consensus developing for the last couple years that the Bills outside of Josh Allen just aren’t a very talented team. People who have said that stuff here have been shouted down, but we’re starting to see that the national media weren’t wrong. It’s not one thing of course…it’s a roster with really only 2 elite players, combined with uninspired coaching, especially on offense, that has put us in a tough spot. It’s not magically going to come together over these next 8 games…big changes are needed.
So you’re saying McD is such a good coach he can have results like we’ve had the last few years with only two elite players? Dang. Imagine what he could do with a talented team. 5 SBs in a row seems plausible.
-
McDermott also made the playoffs with Tyrod. Look around the league. Lots of failure and not many HCs who win consistently. We have a top 5 coach. You want to throw that away to take a chance on someone else who may or may not succeed? Unreal.

We have, IMO, the best QB in the game or argued top 3. Two long time posters were comparing Allen to Wentz.
It's interesting, because instead of enjoying what might be our best approx. 15 years of football, certainly since the drought, some can't see it.
Completely agree. After a decade plus of hopelessness, there’s way to much overreacting to bad games here and there. Very unlikely anyone goes undefeated in the regular season ever again.

Thad Lewis was 21/32 for 202 yards with an interception and he fumbled twice, while adding 13 yards on 5 carries.
Bills rode a Robey-Coleman pick 6 and three Dan Carpenter FGs to a 23-21 win over a Ryan Tannehill led Dolphins squad.
I really just want to say… my, how far we’ve come!

I'm hoping we grind this out and control time of possession. If we end up with something like 7 to 8 possessions each, I think we could see a score along the lines of Bills 24, Miami 17

Shakir needs some touches in space on things like screens and swing passes. Let’s make that happen instead of the Harry touches.

Hogs is the obvious answer here, right? Which gives you all kinds of options. Pulled pork, BLTs, bacon wrapped jalapeños, pork belly burnt ends, and the list goes on.

Mahomes Vs Allen Thread

Meh. Brady has (and did way back when as well) way more Super Bowl appearances than Peyton, and we did it with them. Might as well start sometime.
