  1. But, but, they're both black!
  2. Oblivious? Look at my history in the spring. I was all over making a move for him. And I "crowned his ass" before he played a down in the NFL, oh all knowing one.
  3. Once a pos, always a pos.
  4. Sure wins a big division game, on the road.
  5. Nice. Now we have to draft to compensate for an innaccurate QB.
  6. Nope. Followed him at Baylor, watched a lot of Skins games. He is a better passer than Newton. You must love Fitz's work, then.
  7. Much better passer than Cam Newton. And are you saying you would have not had made that move?
  8. Thanks for the reminder.
  9. I've been waiting for the playoffs for 13 years. Waiting is not an issue.
  10. I said it then and I will say it now. I wish we had the balls to make a move like this. The kid is special.
  11. I think the lack of ability to complete intermediate and longer passes is a serious issue. On passes 11+ yards, Fitz is lighting it up with a 40% completion rate (40 - 100). Source: http://espn.go.com/nfl/player/splits/_/id/8664/ryan-fitzpatrick
  12. I'd piss myself with glee if our top two picks panned out that way.
  13. I'd add making sure we cover the damn TE for once. They have a rookie in Allen, but he is decent. Also, win the turnover battle and maybe, just maybe, run the damn ball on 3rd and short.
  14. I think especially in light of the fact he is openly talking about the need to draft a QB. They couldn't take one earlier than Levi Brown the past three years?
  15. I don't recall calling Fitz historically bad, but I do know I have said that about our defense on a number of occasions. However, when a QB (Fitz) has the game on the line and an ENTIRE fan base is afraid he will INT the game away, that is, IMO, historically bad. I read the threads here, no one was shocked he threw those picks vs. the Titans or Pats*. Not one. Even Nix is openly talking about the need to draft a QB in April. Hardly a ringing endorsement for our current starter. Perhaps I am irrational towards Fitz. Perhaps his inability to throw a deep sideline pass is just a pet peeve of mine. Perhaps his INTs at terrible times just aggravate me more than a normal fan. Maybe his horrible winning percentage makes me think irrationally. Possibly I should want the description of the best plays of my starting QB's game to include the words "block" and "heart" instead of "bomb" and "TD pass". Maybe Fitz will lead this team to the playoffs and all the apologists can yell, "I told you so!" I'd love if that would happen but, as I have stated an irrational number of times, I don't see it happening. If that means you believe I have a low football IQ, so be it. If my limited football IQ wishes we had Cam Newton instead of Fitz, so be it. If that makes me irrational, so be it. I see what I see and I believe what I see.
  16. Kaepernick usurps Smith. We deal a one for Smith. I just threw up in my mouth.
  17. There is no way SD cuts that cord. Moot point.
  18. Why? You point to every reason why Fitz should be exonerated. Is it Cam's fault that his coach doesn't have the balls to go for it on 4th and 1 not once, but twice? His fault that his defense allowed the bucs to go 80 yards in 50 seconds with no timeouts? Unlike Fitz, he did not turn the ball over in those situations. If you cannot see that Cam is a far superior athlete and QB than Fitz, then I seriously question your football IQ. He is not Vince Young. He is Cam Newton, and he is better than Fitzpatrick. Period.
  19. If you think Fitz is as good as Schaub, you need to change your name to section 8.
  20. I said that a loooong time ago. Lol
  21. No I was serious. Besides the pick, which cost them nothing, we're his numbers worse?
  22. Haven't watched Can't get the game. Are his numbers worse than Fitz's Thursday?
  23. Lol. And I would. Have a great day, PTR . At least he is in the game.
