  1. Brady is in decline and I don't think the *Pats are as formidable as everyone makes them out to be. As for the Jets, I don't care if they have 20 picks. They are not a great drafting team.
  2. Just move the team already.
  3. Would he make our team better? Yes. Would he probably be around for 10 years? Yes (hopefully). I know we all want to make a "splash", but this pick would make our team better.
  4. Sarcasm. I don't even live in the country, let alone the state, so the tax issue is irrelevant to me.
  5. I think the full burden should fall on the taxpayers of NYS, if that's what it takes to get 'er done.
  6. There are far too many logical statements in this post for this board.
  7. I agree with this. "Elite" is thrown out a lot (even by me, see above), but I don't think elite is necessary. I think upper tier is necessary, however. The freedom given to receivers downfield, including the elimination of kill shots, have opened up passing games like never before in the history of the game. It is paramount that you have a QB who is accurate and decisive. The remainder of the team is obviously important, but the QB is the #1 position in today's NFL from which you need productivity.
  8. I didn't say elite. But both those guys were elite in the playoffs. Ok. It's not 2003. Totally different game now.
  9. It's 2014, not 1997. Different league.
  10. Why trade him? Why not just send a morality message and cut him? Maybe the *Pats can pick him up and he can haunt us twice a year. What the hell? We will never see 8 wins, but at least we will have appeased the morality police.
  11. Agree. Fourth rated by who? Kiper? McShay? If he will pave the way for a decade, I'm ok with that.
  12. Well thought out, well articulated. Fantastic work.
  13. Agree with your premise. Without a QB, you cannot win a Superbowl in this league. However, I must ask the question: who is talking about moving Glenn to RT or OG outside of this board or in the media? I haven't heard anyone from the Bills say this....
  14. 14 years of not making the playoffs will lead to a thread like this.
  15. Scenario: The Bills' best player available on their draft board is a QB who is available when they pick in Round 2. Question: Do we pick the QB? Or do you think they are "all in" with EJ and go with a position of need? Personally, I am not sold on EJ. I was ecstatic when we booted Fitz and was excited when we drafted EJ, but I am not convinced he is the answer. I understand it's been a small sample size and I hope he blows us all away with his improvement this season. However, the QB position is the MOST IMPORTANT position in the NFL and you simply cannot ever hope to be a contender without a good one.
  16. He may be fired or resign at season's end, but no way Sterling would have fired him in the middle of a playoff series. And on what grounds? That he disagreed with Doc's reaction to his racist comments towards Doc's race? I absolutely respect how Doc Rivers handled the situation.
  17. ...or one trolling on a message board.
  18. Key phrase: fall from grace. We will not regret Da'Rick or Ebron.
  19. There's so much crap being spewed on here I can't distinguish between what's sarcasm and what's stupidity.
  20. Wasn't Sterling attempting to limit the freedoms of the mistress?
  21. Losing Clady was huge. They have shuffled their deck up front. http://denver.cbslocal.com/2014/04/21/broncos-ol-franklin-tweets-that-hes-moving-to-left-guard/
  22. Or, conversely, Denver's o-line lost them the game.
