  1. I think they go with 7 (Evans,Johnson,Nelson,Jones,Naaman, Parrish, Easley) with 2 TE's (Chandler,Martin), and put Huggins and Caussin on the PS.
  2. Great Fun. I'll play: I'll say Pats (o-line's very changed, Brady will get gun-shy, and Jets/Bills hand them 3 losses between them), Indy (Houston gets a pass rush and Peyton won't last the season IMHO), Baltimore (Ray Lewis's age catches up with him), Seattle, Chicago. Forgot to add replacements: Tampa Bay moves closer to GB and gets a Wild Card, edging a surprising Detroit, who lose out late, Houston edges Colts out of playoffs in their division, Cowboys come back in, 49'ers take the NFC West, and the Buffalo Bills edge the Jets/Pats out.
  3. I agree c-nut. Torbor or Davis or Kelsay. Keep Coleman, Moats, and Batten.
  4. I'll say 9 LB's if one of the older guys doesn't get the Turk. Coleman makes the 53. He's behind Merriman. Batten still has PS time but has been impressive in practice. Will likely be PS. White can be PS. Who is this Maybin guy?
  5. I did some investigating and it will be possible for the Texans to keep all 4 tight ends and still be at 53 players. There is a compelling reason to keep each of the 4 for different reasons, so I'd say the Bills-Houston rumor is bunk.
  6. I'm guessing the Texans won't go with 4 TE's (Daniels, Dreessen, Graham, Casey) so they're trying to get the early word on that. Plus they want to find out about Derek Fine, a likely cut.
  7. According to ProFootballFocus Premium, the Bills TE's, including Chandler/Martin had the best thrown to/reception percentage in the NFL. Not thrown to a lot, but they caught it when Fitzy threw it.
  8. From Damien Woody's tweet: "Looks like the AFC East is gonna be tough....my condolences goes [sic] out to the #Bills for being innocent bystanders" Laughingstock.
  9. Love the Wayback Machine. The best thread looked to be when a poster misspells "analysts" as analists.
  10. PatrickMoran: "Whether the Bills get Clabo or not, you can't blame them for not trying.. Clearly the Bills made Clabo the biggest money offer to this point" (Tweet)
  11. I'll need more than the 2 Panthers sources, but sounds like Clabo deal is done with Buffalo---wait until a major news source confirms

  13. http://twitter.com/#!/search/Clabo Atlanta Sports said it on Twitter Being tweeted that the deal essentially done by 2 inside guys in Carolina
  14. hearing that Clabo is giving Falcons last chance to match #Bills deal Atlanta Sports: "It sounds like Tyson Clabo is going to the Bills. Atlanta will have one last chance to match their offer."
  15. Randle-El! Thanks--I was blanking on the "Slash" player Gailey developed. He's probably a PS player. Don't know how his right arm is, but it's been since last November that he broke it. On a tackle.
  16. http://www.ajc.com/sports/georgia-tech/georgia-tech-loses-game-721341.html He is likely to be a RB or a slash. Nesbitt was brought in for rushing during his freshman season under coach Chan Gailey. 1037 yards and 18 touchdowns in 2009, broke right arm after attempting a tackle on November 4, 2010 vs. Virginia Tech.
  17. I'll play. "San Diego re-signed their fourth player in two days Wednesday night, bringing back outside linebacker Antwan Barnes on a two-year contract. Kevin Acee of the San Diego Union-Tribune has the news and also wondered if money will be left to sign inside linebacker Kevin Burnett at this point. The Chargers have spent big money on safety Eric Weddle and Takeo Spikes. Burnett reportedly wants more than $5 million-per-year, but he may have priced himself off the Chargers." "LB Kevin Burnett said to be seeking $5M+/yr, maybe too rich for #SD. Spoken with #Bills, #Seahawks, #Titans, & #Dolphins"
  18. A comment below that article summed up ATL fans when he said, "I'm sorry I just think we should keep Dahl and Blalock instead of giving Clabo all the money. We need to keep the same guy at blind side, that’s been said over and over. And Dahl is probably our most physical lineman. Now is Clabo the best? Yes. But situationally, we’d be better off with Dahl and Blalock." I think this is more than a ploy by Clabo to drive up his price. This is the Bills going after a Pro Bowl RT.
  19. Seattle is not interested in signing Clabo. They want Locklear and are feigning interest to sign him. That leaves ATL and BUF to compete for 2 RT's. Colon-Clabo (if Colon is healed) is a win-win for Buffalo.
  20. Five million a year, 15M up front. First time Poz has come up with a sack.
  21. This strategy is backfiring big time. We have already lost two UDFA's to other teams before the signing date.
