  1. Just turned 64. I've experienced the thrill of victory and the agony of the feet--being trod upon by the AFCE. I prefer wide right to why suit up.
  2. http://www.drafttek.com/ConsolidatedNFLDraft2012-SWT.asp?RequestTeam=Buffalo#.UE_Ah7JlS-0 Players highlighed in ryellow are no longer with the team they were originally drafted by. Some of these players have found homes on other rosters around the league - having been claimed off waivers, off the practice squad, or signed as a free agent. However, many of these players are out of the league, or playing elsewhere (CFL or Arena). Thought you'd find this interesting! Astro
  3. Winner, Winner, Chicken Dinner! From a Draft Droid perspective, this is all playing into Nix's hand. Geno Smith vs Barkley vs Tyler Wilson. discuss.
  4. I think the Bills were one of only 2 teams that scored 3 offensive TD's against the Jest in 2011, and the only team to do it with no INT's.
  5. With Pooh-HAH out and Eric Wood in, Bills could see success between the OG's. Would love to see ball control type of offense, a few play-action passes, and a convincing win.
  6. Hate to piss in the Cheerios, but write your posts in Word and do spellcheck and grammar check before you post your blog. Your content is great, but my 4th graders know it's means "it is" and its shows ownership. I like your site, but if you want to take it up a level, you need to edit.
  7. I wish him the best. Unless we're playing him.
  8. According to ProFootballFocus Premium Stats: QB Rating Fitz had in 2011 throwing to each receiver Stevie Johnson--------------77.3 Namaan Roosevelt---------75.3 David Nelson----------------72.0 BRad Smith------------------61.0 Donald Jones---------------55.0 Derek Hagan----------------54.7 Ruvell Martin ----------------36.0 However, PFF also says that the two top Special Teams players on the Bills are Corey McIntyre and Ruvell Martin. #3 is Chris White.
  9. Good thing we don't have to decide which QB to draft after one game. Oh, that's right...we don't get to choose and it's supposed to be fun.
  10. Nassib is currently the #1 QB in yards passing and total yards, I think. He's like McCarron--excellent game manager, cool as a cuke, steady.
  11. I've been too busy to change my sig line. Go here and see if you like my pick, especially after 11:00 tonight!
  12. I have mixed feelings about Murray. In tapes vs Boise, LSU, SC and MSU, Murray had a pick or pick six, a fumble or caused a fumble by a bad handoff. Then he comes out this year and throws 258 YDS, 3 TD. I have him #113 right now. I'll give time for Dr. Murray to screw up.
  13. Cordarro Law called, and he's looking for employment. [snicker] I will have to make a list of all the players we TBDs have locked on to. Some are actually doing very well, and others not so much.
  14. Jesse's at 49. Underrated, enormous upside, Athletic, explosive and powerful. Raw. Could have a RD1-2 year. Wonder if people will say, "What could he do if he weren't with so many top athletes?". I have Oliver at #271. Bowling ball-type of runner who has very good change of direction and elusiveness, but is a decent downhill runner. Smallest RB on my board. There is enough video already to show that Geno Smith still has some work to do. Watch this against a good LSU defense. Some passes are great; some are horrid, and some are good plays by the WR not Geno. http://youtu.be/qvrXu9Fsvpk
  15. I remembered! I remembered! He's a Junior now, but has started only 12 games since his frosh year (foot injury in 2010). Plays opposite Hurd. He's just untested. He's on my board at #248.
  16. Tyler Wilson Logan Thomas (4Jr) Geno Smith Zac Dysert Matt Barkley Those are my top 5 QB's right now. Watch Logan Thomas today in the VaTech-GaTech game, to be played in tropical rains. It'll get folks geeked about Thomas if he declares. He's Gailey's type--big, fast, smart, versatile, pass first but run well (14 TD pass 11 running last year). Yeah, Denard Robinson will struggle if he focuses on being a QB. He won't be QB at NFL level, but speed shown in that Sports Science video means "slash", KR, PR, wildcat, Randle-El type. He's a great athlete--24 3rd down RUNS of 20 yards or more. He could be a 3rd-4th RD guy if someone knows how to use him. My feeling is that Gailey and Co. would know. http://bit.ly/NDOJBI
  17. Amen! Players I've moved down: Robert Woods (Jr) Taylor Lewan Justin Hunter Aaron Mellette William Gholston Da'Rick Rogers Players in my top 60 moving on up: David Amerson Marcus Lattimore Tyler Wilson Barrett Jones Xavier Rhodes Logan Thomas (4Jr) Luke Joeckel Geno Smith Bjoern Werner (3Jr) T.J. Mosley Andre Ellington My list has 268 names on it. Tomorrow's required TV watching will be ESPN's VaTech vs Ga Tech. It'll be a blowout for VaTech, but watch these players for VaTech, especially VaTech's QB Logan Thomas: Logan Thomas (4Jr)-QB Marcus Davis-WR Bruce Taylor-OLB DJ Coles-WR Nick Becton-LT

Bjoern Werner (3Jr) Florida State DE43 athleticism, deceptive strength and instincts. four sacks, five TFL and 1 FF in gm 1 T.J. Offers starting potential, poss. #1CB.Also KR, PR, some WR Alex Hurst LSU ROT need individual vid, Smart, fundamentally sound LT that may be best inside at guard. Slightly overrated to this point.
  19. Versatility is a Channix mantra. Jones and Dickerson are on this offense for that reason. I'll have to add a versatility column into my big board for draft. Just kidding...already had one.
  20. I still think the Bills sign a S off the waiver wire. Courtney Greene? Larry Asante? The best safeties who were cut are, according to Prisco: S -- Omar Brown, Ravens -- He impressed during the preseason and should get a look from another team. S -- Troy Nolan, Texans -- He is only 25 and he has started six games in two seasons. He will have a lot of interest.
  21. LB Tank Carder WR Marcus Easley WR Kamar Aiken DE Robert Eddins DT Jarron Gilbert DB Isaiah Green P Shawn Powell Really liked Green for his closing speed. There were plays where he needed to diagnose faster, but the speed you can't teach.
  22. ...lot of potential INTs dropped last year. I counted 5 easy picks that were muffed. Still, adding those in as INTs, Bray would be 14 td, 7 INTs. Not bad. I think with a good season this year, Bray is in the conversation for RD1 along with Barkley, Wilson, Logan Thomas. I think Logan Thomas is Chan's idea of a QB. Over 6'5", 14 TDs passing, 11 TDs running, smarts, and a rocket arm.
