Since he was the 35th overall pick, that's more evidence that (if we pick early, God forbid) we should fish for QB early in RD1, and if we don't catch a QB then, just cut bait and take OLB or WR. Go much lower than pick 18 and it's a disaster. Weeden is tied for the lead in INT's with Vick with 4, and he was picked #22. Matt Schaub, picked #90 in RD3, is the exception. I've seen 3 throws from Bray that sailed on him so far...not counting McCray INT setting up first Gator TD.

Boise State RB DJ Harper is back to his former self and ripping off 9 yard gains left and right. ACL is just fine. I expect Harper to be one of 13 RBs picked in the 2013 draft. Zac Dysert looking more human this week for Miami of Ohio, but his measurables and arm will get him drafted. He looks down the WR waaaaay too long, though, so he'll need coaching up. Some of his throws are sailing high--footwork mainly. He can make the big throws, but his WRs aren't cooperating. Sophomore, right? He has the throws and the legs to make it a game vs NC.

Don't throw the baby out with the bath water. Here's my sincere advice on how to resurrect your life as a Bills fan, if you still want to remain one. 1. DVD the game and do something nice for someone with the 2 hours you save. 2. Change your screen name. It isn't going to serve you well in the years to come. 3. You may be depressed. Before you take antidepressant meds, look at your metabolism, sugar, caffeine, alcohol, and drug intake and decide if one or more of them are exacerbating the emotions you feel. Best of luck. Ramius, it's time to think about bran. I assure you that the Bills will be taking a QB in this draft, and it may not be the QB that the media touts. After these QBs start playing games against better competition, it will be easier to see who'd be better for the Bills. It won't be Barkley or Jones, and pretty sure it isn't Bray.

I think Bills and Arizona, maybe Chiefs will be looking to RD1 for a QB. However, If a franchise LT is there for Arizona, they take him over the QB. If the Chiefs see a CB or FS they love, they take him over the QB. If a franchise WR or LB is there for the Bills... Anyway, my 6 choices for the Bills system at QB, at this point, and in this order: 1. Geno Smith - great mobility, savvy, smart, plays hurry-up well, above-average arm (not great, relatively speaking) 2. Logan Thomas - great mobility, great size, smart, has disappointed me so far 3. Tyler Wilson - live arm, some mobility, can spin it in winds 4. Brad Sorenson - NFL release, very good footwork, very good size, poised, 148 QB rating vs. Cal 5. Mike Glennon - great size, very good arm, learned behind Russell Wilson 6. Marqueis Gray - The wild card. Incredibly athletic, versatile, strong arm, runs too soon Bray=no huddle presence yet Barkley=short (we have too many passes batted down now) Landry Jones=pocket passer

I have upped our need for a RB to P4 at DraftTek. It now reads: P1=QB P2=WR P3=OLB43 P4=TE, RB, OC, DE43, ILB, SS, CB All others are P6 or P9. This doesn't mean the computer assigns us a QB automatically in RD1. If the next available QB is way down the Big Board, it looks at WR's, then OLB43's.

QB I'm high on Barkley, Marqueis Gray, Sorenson, Tyler Wilson, Keith Price (doubt he declares), and Geno Smith. I'm lukewarm on EJ Manuel, Zac Dysert, Aaron Murray, Tyler Bray, and Aaron Murray. I'm cool on Landry Jones. WR I don't think anyone has distinguished himself as a RD1 for the Bills. Robert Woods, I guess. OLB43 Jarvis Jones and Barkevious Mingo RD1 Chase Thomas and CJ Moseley RD2 S Kenny Vaccaro and TJ McDonald RD1 Shawn Williams RD2-3
