  1. Remember also that Golisano also bought our training camp site, St. John Fisher, a building. Ralph Wilson also gave money to the school. "The Golisano Academic Gateway, complete with the Frontier Cyber Café and the learning resource center, opened in January 2001. The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Building opened in September 2003, expanding classroom capacity by 20 percent and providing additional faculty offices, seminar rooms, and meeting spaces."
  2. I'm thinking your draft appeals to me most, StL. Shows one can still get our needs met with quality players at each position. Jean-Gilles was voted biggest tub of goo at the combines. That said, he has the weight, leverage, and meanness Gandy doesn't.

  4. Sloganator This will help you generate a slogan for any word. Press F5 key to get a new slogan on the same word. I put in Assclown and it came up with these Madison Avenue slogans: 1. It's a New Ass-Clown Every Day. 2. Wouldn't You Rather Be Ass-Clown? 3. Recommended By Dr. Ass-Clown. You get the idea. Astro
  5. The key sentence is: "When you have good people and everybody is going after the same things, it's easy to make the decision about coming in." Is everybody going after the same things in Buffalo?
  6. Mar. 1, 2006 - 5:35 pm et Dolphins released T Damion McIntosh. McIntosh was arrested recently after striking his wife and didn't play well in 2005, so this was an easy decision. The Dolphins are in the market for a new starting left tackle. Character Issue....Marv?
  7. Here is a list of QB's A-J who passed for more than 2000 yards in a single year. Their percentage completion rate in their first year, then a few years later. 8. Career Division 1AA stats This has him 5th in Touchdowns in 1AA. Eric Kimble, BTW, is first in catches and in yards.
  9. From Sept 2004 Monmouth paper: "Austin found numerous ways to score and contribute this week in Monmouth’s thrilling, 29-27 win over conference rival Robert Morris. The junior wide receiver was the offensive catalyst, accounting for 144 of Monmouth’s 307 total yards and three of the Hawks’ four touchdowns. Austin grabbed five passes for 144 yards and two touchdowns on offense, including a 69-yard strike from quarterback Brian Boland (Brick, NJ/Brick Memorial) late in the first quarter. On the punt return unit, Austin found another way to cross the goal line after blocking a Robert Morris punt early in the second half and returning the loose ball five yards for the score, to give the Hawks a six-point lead. Currently, Austin leads the NEC with six touchdowns this season. He ranks eight in the nation in scoring (12.00 points per game) and ninth in receiving yardage (129.0 yards per game). "
  10. Hawaii's going to L.
  11. I saw KFFL article saying cutting McIntosh saves the Fins $4.48 mill in cap room. Dolphins | McIntosh released Wed, 1 Mar 2006 14:14:57 -0800 Alex Marvez, of the Sun-Sentinel, reports the Miami Dolphins have released OLT Damion McIntosh, who was due to earn $4.425 million in salary for 2006. The move saves the Dolphins about $4.48 million in cap room.
  12. Two other factors: (1) If you wait until after FA, you will know what you have/don't have on the line to work with. Just because you want a Guard doesn't mean you are going to get one in free agency. (2) If we draft, say, Charles Spencer or Deuce Latui in RD#2, they may need time in preseason and even into the year to work into starting for us. Bennie is a known commodity who may sukk, but he's cheap enough to keep on the roster until we're assured we have a replacement.
  13. I was surprised about the Colts at 166.
  14. Yes. All the more reason to go O-line/D-Line with the first 2 picks, or vice versa.
  15. they fiddled and diddled all full of malarky LOL Put me down for Rocky Bernard.
  16. It's a 7-Round Draft Located Here. Scroll down to the Bills, and you've drafted: 8 CB Jimmy Williams Virginia Tech 42 OT Ryan O'Callaghan California 70 DT Jesse Mahelona Tennessee 73 S Daniel Bullocks Nebraska 104 TE Tim Day Oregon 138 LB Keith Ellison Oregon St 168 WR Skyler Green LSU 199 RB Garrett Mills Tulsa Huff and Davis were still on the board for our RD1 pick, we're drafting OT and DT a round late, and I hate the Tim Day selection (AJ Nicholson LB and Whitworth OT were still on the board). Jimmy Williams very well could be our pick, and we'll need plenty of CB's if we don't have a D-Line next year.
  17. Here's Mine. I'm more about position. Bush is too good not to include, though. Long About #10 I'd be inclined to trade down. 1. D'Brickashaw Ferguson OT 2. Haloti Ngata, DT 3. Reggie Bush, RB 4. Mario Williams DE 5. Vernon Davis TE 6. Winston Justice RT 7. Matt Leinart, QB 8. Tamba Hali DE 9. Michael Huff FS 10. AJ Hawk LB
  18. Actually, Martin did all right last year He was 124 for 177 passing (70% completion rate), 1277 yards, started 5 games, played in 8. That said, I hope we use our #3 QB slot for what it should be used for--a young QB. If one of these is still there in RD#5, we should go for it: Bruce Gradkowski, QB -Toledo Leader among returning quarterbacks in the nation in completion percentage (70.2%) and second in passing efficiency (162.6). Junior Year: second in nation in completion percentage (70.2%), fifth in passing efficiency (162.6), fifth in passing yards (3,518), and 10th in total offense (385.3). Erik Meyer QB Eastern Washington Div I-AA Walter Payton Award-winner...3,616 passing yards in the regular season, and directed an Eastern Washington offense that finished second nationally in passing yardage (337.6 ypg) and third in total offense (477.7 ypg). Meyer threw for 26 touchdowns and five interceptions, and added four touchdowns in a playoff loss to Northern Iowa to finish with a 169.3 passer rating. That rating helped Meyer finish with a 166.47 career passer rating, which broke the I-AA record.
  19. We'll be OK with Jamie Martin. He was great on "All My Children." Jamie Martin
  20. I'm on Injured Reserve. Mouse finger ligament. But I should be ready by minicamp.
  21. Tank Williams was a TSW favorite before the draft, oft-mentioned as a 2nd or 3rd Rounder for the Bills. ------------------------------ April 20, 2002 Tank Williams and Coy Wire both heard their names called in Saturday's NFL Draft held in New York. Williams, from Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, was taken in the second round - 45th pick overall - by the Tennessee Titans. Wire, who played inside linebacker on The Farm the past two years, was taken in the third round - 97th pick overall - by the Buffalo Bills as a safety. Williams was an All-America free safety and first-team All-Pac-10 selection last season while Wire, who led the team in tackles the past two years, was also a first-team All-Pac-10 pick.
  22. Well thought out, and an excellent first post. Welcome, Lord.
  23. 0 for Three? Just hope Coach Sherman can do something about him.
  24. I'm trying to find a guy there they'd miss. Most of the guys he named have been in decline for the last 3 years: Jacobs, Thrash, Bowen, Noble, Harris. Most have been to more than 2 teams, as well.
  25. Read Marv's book. Or is it too long?
