Knowing what we know, and when players were picked, how would you have picked players? You must pick players BELOW the Bills' picks. My first 2 picks would have been exactly what the Bills did: 1- McKelvin, Leodis CB - Best CB in the draft 2- Hardy, James WR - Tallest WR, obscene TD per game avg. 3- Cottam, Brad TE - In retrospect, you grab TE here; they came off fast. 4- Adibi, Xavier OLB 4- Schmitt, Owen FB 5- Okam, Frank DT 6- Johnston, Brian DE 7- Adams, Chester OG 7- Barton, Kirk OT 7- Smith, Paul QB

Ezra Butler, a mean, nasty LB from Nevada, is available. Trying to decide whether to take the croupier job at Harrah's or be a OLB for the Bills.

Branch is a Raider, Williams is a Bronco.

First and goal: I'd put Lynch and Omon in the backfield, with Evans and Hardy wide.

I like the Adarius Bowman call. Was surprised Wesley Woodyard wasn't picked, also.

Good picks, BGIM. I liked Leman in the games I saw. I could see him backing up Poz. We'd have to take either Spanos or Haynos, not both, as people would confuse the two. I like Strong, too. One more name: Fernando Velasco, OC.

Jed Collins FB is also still there. Bigger, better ypc than Owen Schmitt.

I know that he's supposed to be a good Cover-2 CB. Some are saying they'd make him a Safety, but I bet the Bills keep him a CB. He has good size (6'0", 195) and yes--a good porn name.

Cox is 6'2, mentioned as an excellent Cover-2 defensive back. I had him as a UDFA.

I'd like our last pick (or UDFA's) to be Paul Smith QB, Joey Haynos TE, Andrew Crummey OC, Keilen Dykes DT, Derek Lokey DT, Chase Ortiz DE, or Mike Dragosavich, Punter.

I remember remarking that Bowen was all over Hubbard in the Senior Bowl. They said he led the Big 12 in Forced Fumbles, so there you have it.

With Cottam gone I think they're looking at TE later on--BPA each pick. Go Bills!

Best available DE because Johnny Dingle had a bad 40 time. There was a character issue with Ellis. Can't remember what. But Hrdy started that ball rolling.

There are two WR's in the 5th worth looking at. Arman Shields, from Richmond (6'1,194,4.3) was injured his Senior year. I think he would have been drafted much higher had he not been injured. He's fine now. Keenan Burton from Kentucky (6'1,201,4.4) has the quickest move to the flat I've seen.

DT Frank Okam LB Dan Conner FB Jed Collins LB Ezra Butler RG Mike McGlynn I'm not disregarding need. I'd want these five guys on the Bills.

Why not take Dennis Dixon on a flyer this year in Round 6? If he heals (and he expects to fully heal), it was a good pick. I wouldn't mind bringing in a guy in UDFA like Paul Smith of Tulsa or Bernard Morris.
