  1. chump change, yet again........bills continue to cheap out and depend on crap that will, once again, suck the cycle contiues - as it has for the last 10 years........feel free to chip in homers, i'm done
  2. Trueblood signed - back to the bucs
  3. you would? the bills don't run like a proper front office, they're constantly telegraphing their moves (i.e. we're going to draft a scatback) and looking downright foolish (i.e. i'll be asleep when free agency starts) the bills should be trying to land ANY free agent that will fit the scheme for a fair price. will they get every guy they aim for? of course not, some guys won't want to play in buffalo, some guys won't be at that fair price the bills decide on, any number of reasons things don't work out. but they should be trying their damnest. the stance of ignoring the "top" free agents is foolish and utterly ridiculous - and i am not surprised at all that this foolish and ridiculous front office is taking this stance after the past few seasons. continual plan of paying big dollars for poor players who haven't done anything in buffalo but miss the playoffs.
  4. think we see dalton, sadly - bills really want a QB of the future and have telegraphed would prefer ijalana to come in and start from day one at RT
  5. and this tells you how ridiculous all this mock drafting is...........it just never stops (and never gets any more accurate) i remember when MANY people on this board were laughing at posts that had fairely falling to No. 3 in January, saying it was impossible! complete joke
  6. very surprised (and relieved) to hear that the bills would have passed on the under-sized OLB.......this bodes well
  7. he's creating the "everyone hates us, everyone is against us, no one wants us to win" mentality.......which, ironically, was made famous by belichek......it's a smart strategy but hardly innovative
  8. It my twitter and I can tweet what I want to 15 minutes ago via Twitter for BlackBerry® ----------- next up, i'm rubber and you're glue.......
  9. perhaps if he had a bit of humality it would make it easier to forgot that.....instead he has to carry on like he's actually delivered on his top 10 status when everyone but him and his agent knows that is a ridiculous joke the guy thinks bills fans should be begging him to stay......he thinks he's a top safety in this league......it's laughable, he hasn't performed and is too dumb to realize it
  10. listending to donte whitner cry is almost as annoying as watching haloti ngata beat double teams and move his 350 pound frame all over the field yesterday while being reminded once again we passed on this guy for non-impact player donte whitner when the fans just wanted ngata!
  11. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/10/10/bills-didnt-extensively-shop-lynch/ Glazer already reported this (as have others) long ago. I believed him then and I believe him now. The decision to draft spiller with Freddy and Marshawn already on the roster was ridiculous, but to give lynch away without even maximizing his trade value really shows that this front office still doesn't get it. I've got very little faith that the 3rd overall pick ends up the right one.
  12. icing has been put on ice it appears http://brosicingbros.com/
  13. anyone who gave this draft an A also gave the previous 10 drafts an A and would have given just about anything an A - loads of reaches in this draft \, as is the bills history over the last 10 years.........and we all know how most of those picks turned out.......the bills haven't earned any faith - in fact, they've earned the opposite
  14. Report: Billick to interview with Bills Posted by Gregg Rosenthal on January 2, 2010 4:54 PM ET Fans that don't like listening to Brian Billick announce games could get some relief next year. Jason Cole of Yahoo! Sports reports that Billick is expected to interview next week for the Buffalo Bills' head coaching job. Billick didn't exactly deny the claim when asked: "I have not had any contact with the Bills so far," Billick said. (But maybe his agent has.) Buffalo is expected to enter phase two of their head coaching search next week after the first group of big name coaches turned them down. Judging purely on record, Billick has a resume that merits more coaching buzz than he's received since getting fired by the Ravens. In nine years with Baltimore, Billick went 80-64, with four playoff appearances and a Super Bowl title. His failure to develop a quarterback on the Ravens could be a big negative to a Bills team desperate for help at the position. Florio passed along the news that the Bills are also expected to speak with Chargers defensive coordinator Ron Rivera. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2010/...iew-with-bills/
  15. i expected suck, given the bills history in player evaluation......as usual, the bills front office has delivered! bottom line - this is not a guy we should be looking to retain.....he's roster fodder, nothing more
  16. gave up a sack earlier - but then again, who hasn't?
  17. his contract should be measured in hours, not years.......we're seeing today why the pats chucked him on the scrapheap
  18. does it matter if maybin starts or not? the bills play in waves - he'll get PLENTY of snaps....let's just hope he does something with them
  19. didn't mitchell say lankster was making a big impression as well?
  20. i think the bills made a serious mistake choosing not to sign june when they had a chance.......he took peanuts from the texans and would have been an upgrade over ellison
  21. i'd feel a lot better if the bills went out and signed an OLB to put ellison back where he belongs - a solid backup and special teams contributor......that is the one glaring hole left on the roster post-draft
  22. i don't think the bills should be trading anyone at this point.........injuries happen in camp so having depth is not a bad thing
  23. or cut completely - he's going to have to earn a roster spot, and it will be an uphill battle judging by the numbers at the CB position now
