It is a complicated issue. Some say hire those with experience or the better candidate then a team hires a WR coach to be the new HC. It can be seen as galling. Hire more assistant coaches that are minority and qualified. Promote them to coordinators then add them to the mix when new positions open up. Bills have had their fair share of minority assistants and coordinators. Frazier can be up for a HC position after next season if they have a repeat of this year.

It is not that. McD seems to have it in his head once up on a team to rely on his defense to carry them to victory and he and Daboll go conservative. That thinking will win in the regular season but not in the playoffs. They have to change the mind set. Be aggressive for the whole game or until it is iced.

This ruling that was overturned will go down as another Bills slight by NFL officials. The NFL did a CYA on national TV and made the head ref fall on the sword for them.

If waving his arm was a signal of giving up ten put it in the rule book. Ref was standing right there, like has done one hundred times during the season, and does not whistle the play dead. I would like his explanation on that.

Ball security work puts this off season. Clean that up. He has a bright future and like most young QBs he has his flaws.
