  1. I dunno. Don't think it's better than anyone else.
  2. It's not that hard to predict 1 team, especially if you are updating your draft right before. I think half the football world has us taking Reiff or Floyd. Does that make Nawrocki a genius? Again. He follows Buchsbaum's format, but he's no Buchsbaum. BTW, if you follow Nix's comments that he doesn't see guys the same way, maybe he's not talking about Cordy Glenn. Maybe he's talking about a completely different position like LB. Just a random thought.
  3. I guess that's why you sign your own proven performers.
  4. Yes it does. OJ is dead to me. If he walked right in front of me, what do I say to my son? There goes a great football player. There goes a criminal? Or just say nothing? When idiots mock fan support by acting immorally (is that a word?) worse, criminally, it all makes sports less important to me. Sports figures used to be heroic. Now they just play sports for a living. If your Doctor was convicted for distibuting Oxy or watching kiddie porn, would you feel any different about him? or could you separate the two because he's a really good doctor. I think we should hold each other to a higher standard, football players included. I seem to be in the minority.
  5. I like when the Bills win, but it's hard to root for aholes. It's pains me that the Cowboys smoked us in 2 straight Superbowls with criminals, drug addicts and flaming aholes. I couldn't feel good about admiring those teams as they're currently up for parole. "Just win baby" doesn't work for me.
  6. My guess is the Bills also sign someone on the downside cheap, like a McNeil, after June 1. I think they are super thin at OT.
  7. I can't find a link, but I remember Nix or Gailey saying Hairston was "okay" and saying he needs to be more consistent. The Bills either need a starter or need depth. I can't remember the last time we had just 2 OTs play in one year. The Bills have NO plan B at this point.
  8. Body control is almost more important than speed for a WR.
  9. Then you are comfortable with Thigpen as your backup? I'm not.
  10. Not to repeatedly beat a dead horse to death, but, what was Parrish's catching radius?
  11. Yeah, the clouds are parting for me on this guy. As impressive as he is, I'm a little worried about the jags ahead of us, but he should prolly be the guy. Thanks for posting this.
  12. Who cares what he old, white guy said. Without showing me some action whereby the Saints acted on it, the punishment should be limited to the ahole who said it. It's so overblown it's ridiculous.
  13. Good post. Thanks. I only question the wisdom of introducing Adcock, an offensive lineman, to this board.
  14. No way.Who is to say that a pick is too early? If your board tells you Kuechly is the 4th rated prospect and Reiff is at 15, did you make a mistake by taking Kuechly at 10 because Draftek had him at 17? It's a ridiculous statement. These guys put board together over 2 years, not 2 months. The only way GMs trade down is if they have X players identified as equal-ish and they could still get one of them with the lower pick. It's only too early if the is plucked from lower on your board. I agree with the OP 100%
  15. How can you tell who made whom look good? I know a 7 yard in turned into a 50 yard td often with Rice and it shows up like QB threw a bomb. I thought Rice was incredible and I think the Bills WRs between Moulds and Johnson were HORRIBLE, #11 included.
  16. Cool thought. But I don't see Nix giving up 12 slots. It's too hard to predict who is left and how he fits what you need. Maybe 5 slots. I'd just like to hold the pick hostage for 14 minutes the way Belichick and Jerruh Jones do.
  17. Thank you for providing something other than an expert opinion of 200 prospects you've never seen play. That being said, Kennard Cox is still in the league. Also, that draft was was part of the previous administration. We know they sucked.
  18. Maybe Nix is referring to the 'experts' calling Riley Reiff a RT. And no offense at all, but I don't think any of us read scouts' reports. We generally read media folks who speak to scouts and watch youtube. I have to believe there is a difference. If there's not, there would be no scouts and Mel Kiper (McShay, Nawrocki, Mayock) would be a GOD. It's all just entertaining chatter.
  19. Prolly right, but I'm sure #5 and #7 would have been better if they could chuck it Rice's way instead of Parrish, Hardy et al.
  20. Dunno why I'm particularly surly today, but reading the students, plumbers and lawyers assessments on this site borders on the ridiculous. Picked the wrong week to cut down on sugar.
  21. Boy, you read alot into what Buddy said. He said nothing about Reiff, Martin, Adams or Glenn. He said there are 2 or 3 tackles who can start from day 1. I would expect we'll find out who that is on April 26th. I know what you think. If he said they'd like above average arm length and rule out merely average arm length, then I would say Reiff is out ans someone is in, but whom I dunno.
