  1. I don't see Kelsay surrendering his number AND his starting position. Agreed. I see 96.
  2. I hope it is a particularly harsh December in Orchard Park...and that the Bills running game is kicking ass by then. If so, it's a great schedule.
  3. Wright, Hill, Broyles, Adams, Criner, Toon, McNutt, Randle, Jeffrey, Sanu, Quick, Givens, Jenkins, Hilton, Jones.... While there may not be 25 equivalent prospects, it appears good talent will spill into the 4th round. A good LT may spill into the 4th round, but A. it's less likely, and B. He would not help much this year. I would bet almost anyone the Bills take a WR in the 4th. BPA at 10 and best OT in the 2nd (without reaching) if not addressed at 10.
  4. I think Floyd is out, but it is a deep WR draft.
  5. Excellent response. Love it. It'll make me feel better if we pass on Kuechly and go with Reiff or Cox.
  6. I've looong been a fan of Fletcher Cox. Always seems weird when the Giants load up on the D-line or when the Steelers draft ANOTHER linebacker, but look at their success. I'm all for bolstering a perceived strength and I'm all for Cox.
  7. Chasing your tail. You can't let a safety go in Whitner...draft a safety in Searcy and blow another top pick on a safety unless he is the next Ronnie Lott and Ed Reed combined. I'm a little wary of defensive backs that played behind superior front 7s. I just wonder if he can duplicate success at the next level with more speed and less help. I'm not killing Barron. I just wonder.
  8. As long as we eliminate 7 step drops from the playbook, I agree. I think you all who are sold on Hairston are giving him more credit than Gailey and Nix. If they do not take a LT in the 1st 2 picks, it will be tragic.
  9. FYI - While discussing Floyd on Sirius NFL, Pat Kirwan said that the tapes do not support Michael Floyd as a top 15 pick and in speaking to current GMs, they share his feeling. Anyone else hear Floyd in the lower part of 1? Also, Kirwan and Ryan liked Stephon Gilmore to the Panthers at 9. Had all good stuff to say about Gilmore.
  10. Tannehill - Miami Floyd - Jags Upshaw - Lions DeCastro - KC Kuechly - Bills
  11. Thank god!! The scenarios are becomming silly.
  12. 5 pages on a guy who had 28 catches. I would be shocked if he is a Bill.
  13. When I read/hear guys like Mayock, Brandt, and Casserly say that Reiff can play either side, I believe them. There's a number of genius' on this board who must have put in more time than the above dudes.... Out of Reiff, Kuechly and Floyd, I trust the Bills' braintrust to pick the best one. I hope it's one of the 3, but who knows?! Could be Barron. What if they see him as Ed Reed. Or could be DeCastro. Fletcher Cox. So many possibilities.
  14. Never had a problem in the Club seats (but they suck to watch a game). Had horrible experiences in 131 (sidelines behind Bills bench) and mixed results in End Zones. I agree with your comment that hammered people should be refused entry.
  15. "Being fat drunk and stupid is no way to go through life" But at the Ralph, it's a badge of honor. From a guy who frequently brings visitors to Buffalo, it is embarrassing. Last season was my last as a season ticket holder. Last thing....A TEACHING MOMENT?!!! That's nearly the dumbest thing I ever heard. Why not just bring them to a whorehouse after? I've been to the Vet, Riverfront, Giants, Cleveland, Metrodome, Soldier, Gillette and Lambeau. As far a public drunkenness, RWS is at least near the worst. I don't even think that can be debated.
  16. Tannehill-Dolphins Floyd- Panthers Upshaw- Bengals L.Miller- Bengals Charles- Colts
  17. If we got just your 3, I'd be pumped. Dunno where Buddy is going this year. Last year was easy.
  18. I don't get the Cordy Glenn hype. Shocked if he's the pick. And I think you are short a linebacker since we have basically 2 decent ones and no future pro bowlers. Also, how bout a TE?
  19. Good names on the mock. I think you may be optimistic with Carder, Potter and Davis. I am sure Nix would take that list and run if he could.
  20. Last thing I'll say...I don't think they should be held to a higher standard. I just don't think we should accept a lower standard just because they play football. I think we're dancing around the same conclusion.
  21. He doesn't have to be diligent. There's probably 50-100 scouts out there who worked for Brandt. He just makes calls. Knows the questions to ask and makes a list. The entertaining thing about Brandt is hearing him call out picks (accurately) before they are made on draft day.
  22. Semantics. Admired . Heroes. I barely admire any of them. But I just can't find a Fathead of my good Dr. Weiderman. I think you missed my point. Of course Doctors are more important. But as important as he is, if your Doctor was a drug addict or beat his wife, you may be shopping for a new Doctor. Why should it be any different for your Linebacker? If I'm going to wear a Bills sweatshirt, I want that to reflect admirable people and not dirtbags. That's all I'm saying and I'm sure it's something easily agreed upon.
