  1. Seriously, maybe they'll be so flustered, they wont remember the Brady rules.
  2. There are no pre-season champions or failures. Funny stuff tho
  3. I've gone back and forth with Fitz, but if he was any better, he'd be better. I was shocked the Bills didn't draft a developmental QB over the past 2 years and think it will come back to bite them. I think TJack presents them with different questions rather than answers. Unless the Bills dominate on defense and have a great running game, it's going to put Fitz in some of those situations where he's gone the other way.
  4. 20 years ago. History. The answer means nothing.
  5. Each has shown that they are .500 QBs. Is that good or bad? Half empty or half full?
  6. Good thread. I hadn't realized we had a problem at MLB until I saw that we were trying Morrison there. Then again, I haven't seen either pre-season game. We will know the Bills are in trouble if you see good ole #90 giving it a shot.....or maybe Carrington. Of course, I kid, but it's getting late in the game.
  7. I think Martin must have pictures of someone. He's the worst WR on the roster by far. ST are important, but in today's NFL, I think you have to be good at your position as well. I think tonight is VERY important to answer this question. I was looking at defense. I'm more interested in what they do with all those LB/DEs.
  8. Scott Norwood made several high pressure kicks to elevate the Bills to their highest point. He'd be my vote even though he missed the biggest kick in franchise history. Who cares what Lindell has done. For the most part, same with Christie. If you miss a kick and lose another game on a 6-10 team, does anyone notice.
  9. I went out of my way to sign in because I had to say to somebody how much I hate seeing that stupid white collar. That is all. Carry on....
  10. I used to answer the question by suggesting that unless the Bills win the Superbowl, they retain the "loser" tag because of the 4 Superbowls. Now, they've been bad for so long, I would take another string of losing in the playoffs just to be relevant again. So I'd really LOVE to see the Bills spike up and be GREAT for 1 year (SB), but I'd take consistently good.
  11. Fitz has not proven to be a top 15 QB yet. So until he does, guys like VY will be there and poised to take his job.
  12. I'm not worried about what Nolan Nawrocki thinks.
  13. Dunno if he was any good, but the Bills had about 10 wins over the past 2.years and he was part of it. Not in the building block way, but more of holding a spot until we can replace you kinda way.
  14. Judging from the Bills drafting and free agent signings, they are worried about the defense too. You are right to be worried. Until the Bills prove it for 16 games, they stink on defense.
  15. I'm not bagging on anyone. I truly want sources. As far as the credibility of yours, only you know that. You could be Budda Nix himself for all I know.
  16. Hey, I gotsta get me some of dem "sources". It just sounds cool.
  17. Grew up in South Bflo (Caz St), now in Lake Forest, IL.
  18. There's something to be said for replacing guys who are used to losing with guys who are shocked when they lose.
  19. History is for losers. I'd vote for a current player. But it's your site....
  20. We are not going to know than answer to your question until next January. I think this is a year where the Bills finally gave us possibilities to fill in the weaknesses, but we will not know if Glenn is the LT answer, any of our CBs are quality NFL starters, whether a #2 WR is on the roster and even if Fitz can be a consistent and quality NFL starter. Media hype aside, the Bills are considered an "easy opponent" by most everyone in the league until they actually prove otherwise on Sundays.
  21. No 30+ yo cornerback is a lock. It may be time to move on from McGee and Florence and just put the kids in. McGee will not be a safety at 5'9". It wouldn't surprise me at all if McKelvin bounced back this year. Brooks is a lock.
  22. Chris Kelsay is a good football player who has been surrounded by bartenders and coached by clowns his entire career. And he never threw anyone under the bus or complained when they tried to make him a LB in the NFL after never playing it...ever. The number IS irrelevant and Kelsay bashers are immature, ignorant idiots. And what does he make...3.5? Hell, Thigpen gets paid that for holding a clipboard. C'mon people.
