I was just going to start this thread after looking at the last 3 drafts. He's exactly the same as the previous regimes. The Bills are taking exactly the wrong players at the wrong times. Just think about the 2012 draft. He lets 2 QBs who could be our starter go in the 3rd and trades up to reach for TJ Graham. And he cut everyone after the 4th round. If that's not incompetent, please give me a better example.
