There will be someone lined up, but don't count on them playing. Bowers, Fairley, Claiborne.....I've seen enough of this team to know that we are desperate for one of those guys.

Put this guy behind a pass rush and he'd have 7-10 picks with 2 or 3 TDs. I really think he's that talented. If they build that front 7 over the next 2 years, McKelvin should be a pro bowler. On a completely unrelated note, he's one of the worst interviews in all of sports. So bad that Howard Stern turned one into a pretty funny bit. You can barely understand the guy. And every time I hear "Ronnie Harmon", I just can't forget Paul Maguire's WTF way of saying "Ronnie Harmon!!?".

With a non-existent defense, Fitz should be 4-5 at least counting the OT FG against KC and Johnson's "want to get away" moment. As Marv said (when he was a coach) "If you want to halp the QB, build him a good defense". I agree with that.

Bottom line: I see no reason to draft a WR in 2011.

Spot on. I agree 100%. The line is not done being rebuilt. The flaws are just well hidden at this point.

Let him play out his contract and draft his replacement. He's still valuable and will kill you if you ignore him. But he doesn't have a high enough level of performance on a consistent basis to keep him at all costs.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, Stevie Johnson, Mansfield Wrotto, Fred Jackson, Cordero Howard.....yeah, I'd say Gailey is a good coach.

Stroud anchors the worst run defense in the league. Maybe the worst run defense in recent memory. Solid?? There's no such thing as a "leader in the locker room". Without performance on the field, the locker room is hollow. And how would any of US know that he a leader? He's played better, but he still needs to be a backup.

I have been Stroud's biggest critic, and I have to admit that he, too has been showing up for at least 1/2 of the plays. But let's not get carried away on Stroud OR Kelsay, the Bills still gave up 200 on the ground yesterday. In order to be dominant, both must be replaced.

I'm not saying Fitz is thee most accurate QB, but splitting hairs when his WRs coldn't catch all day is pretty hollow. Did you ever thing maybe Johnson's route mighta been too shallow? Either way, if he catches it, which is the only thing he does for a living, this discussion doesn't happen. Get used to Fitz. He's your QB for the next 2 years at least.

That's a farce. If the defense can't stop anyone, you get bled to death with 20-25 minutes of possession time. The defense has to be able to get off the field. And the Bills' defense, right now, can't get off the field. I'm in agreement with the idea of getting a defensive front 7 guy.

I have season tickets in the Jim Kelly Club and it's almost too quiet. I like sections 130-134. That's where I'll try to get tix next year.

Lindell missed a 53 yarder, missed in a swirling wind that also fooled the Lions kicker and had a guy break through the line on the extra point. He's not perfect, but I have no worries about Lindell. He's a good kicker.
