  1. Too bad he wasn't as aggressive in banning large groups in nursing homes and residential facilities....
  2. I'm hoping right along with you. I am not a Wray fan as I feel he is cut from the same cloth as the people who were responsible for how far the Bureau has fallen. However, I am willing to wait and see....
  3. So nice of Wray to exclude former employees from the investigation....
  4. I agree 100% - Obama, Rice, Comey, Strzok, et. al., should not have lied about what they did to General Flynn. That is not what this country stands for
  5. A little late there, Christopher Wray..... Not nearly as much as your ignorance on these issues
  6. You know, if you limited your postings to topics of which you possessed any kind of knowledge at all that could even remotely be passed off as useful, relevant, interesting, etc., it would really be beneficial to everyone. You wouldn't sound completely ignorant as often, and the rest of us wouldn't have to risk the severe deterioration of brain cells reading what you write. You are the internet equivalent of a neurodegenerative disease.
  7. No, actually it wouldn't. That is the point of the question I keep asking you. They have to be material. So, again, please tell us what potential influence any false statement could have had since the FBI had the truth in the transcripts in their possession?
  8. I would trust Flynn over Strzok all day every day. I prefer a republican form of government. Now please, answer my question: Please tell us what potential influence any false statement could have had since the FBI had the truth in the transcripts in their possession?
  9. If I were a betting man and I had to choose which person, Flynn or Strzok, is more likely to have lied in that interview (and about anything relating to that interview), my money would be on Strzok every time. However, your response is irrelevant to the point I was making, as usual. But, let's set that aside for the moment and say, for the sake of argument that Flynn lied. The defense's argument is that any false statement by Flynn was material because it had a natural tendency to influence, or be capable of influencing, decisions of the FBI regarding the underlying investigation. Please tell us what potential influence any false statement could have had since the FBI had the truth in the transcripts in their possession? The smartest thing, by far, I ever heard Swalwell say is when he farted during an interview....
  10. I love how they argue that, for false statements to be material, it is "sufficient that the false statements have “a natural tendency to influence, or [be] capable of influencing, the decision of the decisionmaking body to Which it was addressed (quoting Neder, 527 US. at 16)." Yet, they offer no explanation whatsoever how these false statements (if you actually believe there were any) could potentially influence the the FBI regarding any decisions related to the underlying investigation. This is not an instance where the FBI was asking questions about anything they didn't already know the answers to. The interview of Flynn was about what he said in conversations with the Russiam Ambassador and the FBI Agents were in possession of the transcripts of the conversations. If Flynn told them any lies, they would know what the actual truth was because it was right in front of them. A false statement only has the potential to influence if it would cause you to do something you wouldn't if you knew the truth. They already knew the truth.
  11. The simplicity of this just struck me as very funny and made me laugh out loud. Well done....
  12. This is one of those rhetorical questions, right?
  13. If you have any experience with Sexual assault or with witnesses then you should understand the concepts of what makes a witness credible and what makes the information provided by that witness credible. They are intertwined but not the same thing. A "credible witness" can still lie or be mistaken and provide information that is not credible, while a witness with little credibility can provide truthful information that is credible. So, in your experience with witnesses and sexual assault, please tell us: 1) What factors did you rely on to reach the conclusion that Ford was a credible witness (if you did)? 2) What factors did you rely on to reach the conclusion that her accusation was credible (which is inherent in your statement that you believed her)?
  14. I'm sure he will regale Biden followers with tales of his heoric efforts to bring down the big orange menace. I'm sure he'll tell them about how, after finding no evidence whatsoever of collusion, they still won by ignoring that outdated and antiquated notion of "innocent until proven guilty," by publishing a report conluding that while the investigation didn't find any evidence the President committed a crime, it also did not exonerate him. Or maybe he can bring the laughs by telling them about the times they used their lapdog, Comey, to send out FBI SWAT teams, with CNN in tow, to descend on the homes of non-violent, white collar criminals in pre-dawn raids. Andrew Weissmann has a long history of being a douchebag of the highest order.
  15. And who said you weren't perceptive? Good catch there Warren....
  16. I am pretty each of those on the left in this thread has stated in more than one post that Barr has no credibility. I guess except for when he does....
  17. So according to a letter written by Susan Rice's attorney, Rice "created a permanent record" of the 05 Jan 2017 meeting because of "the importance and sensitivity of the subject matter, and upon the advice of the White House Counsel’s Office." And the reason it took her over two weeks to do so was "because that was the first opportunity she had to do so." https://www.grassley.senate.gov/sites/default/files/2018-02-23 Rice to CEG LG (Russia Investigation Email).pdf Too busy for over two weeks to write an email of less than 300 words - the equivalent of a half of a page? Hmmmm... I think, even to the most casual observer, the email was created to cover the a$$es of members of the Administration, while hanging Comey out to dry. Comey has been strangely quiet on this email and I wonder if he is feeling lonely these days as he is watching all his friends jump off the ship....
  18. It's nice to see a post from you in which you sound positive. It's such a pleasant change from your usual tantrums and whiny tone. Well done!
  19. I think the content of this post is pretty much the sum total of all the useful knowledge you possess
