  1. Right. In. One. Game. Thanks for making my point....
  2. Your entire premise revolves around your belief this oline is so bad and so soft that this team is incapable of winning a SB. Feel free to have that opinion. To me, your question is irrelevant because I happen to disagree with you. I think a realistic evaluation of the body of evidence with this team leans more in my favor than yours. It is a long season. We will see.
  3. You. Missed. The. Point. He basically said if the Bills were a real SB contender they wouldn't be 5-3. If that is true then TB wasn't a real SB contender at 7-5. And there wasn't anyone thinking the Buccaneers were SB contenders at 7-5 and coming off 3 losses in four games - including an absolute beating and pathetic performance by the GOAT with 3 INTs and a 40 QB rating against the Saints... It is a long season and you do not pre-judge the outcome by what happens in the 8th game of the season...
  4. Yeah - that team should really be mentioned in the same conversation as this team... Said nobody ever... Except you
  5. The 7-5 2020 Tampa Bay Buccaneers say hello...
  6. LOL...remember that "edge of your seat," 6-3 loss to Clevelend gem - with Trent Edwards throwing 1 yard passes on 3rd and anything?
  7. Good post. Although you must have repressed some of those games under Jauron in order to deal with the trauma . I also remember some pathetic performances under Levy during their SB years. It happens. We'll see how they respond.
  8. Apparently, Vegas disagrees with your assessment of this team...along with pretty much every rational, critical thinking human being...
  9. 1. Your "bottom feeder" comment is a joke and shows no actual ability to analyze this team. 2. With Brown back in the lineup, all lineman healthy and playing in position, and Knox back in the lineup: The answer is they are absolutely capable of winning the SB.
  10. You are shocked because you had a meltdown over one game, choosing to define a front office, coaching staff, and players on a one time performance rather than evaluating an entire body of work...
  11. Allen can't do it all on his own. If he could, we wouldn't be discussing a loss to Jax. When you are racking up 35 pts per game, the oline, while not spectacular, is doing enough. With Brown in the lineup and everyone healthy and in the right position, this line is good enough for this team to beat any other team in the NFL.
  12. I will add that there are also some "fans" that seem to primarily show up (or in some cases become much more prominent) after losses
  13. Shhh...the board is still in meltdown mode....
  14. Average enough to help this team score 26+ pts per game in 6 of their 8 games this year (average 35 pts per game)....
  15. The offense clearly didn't play well and the oline was as bad as I've seen in a while. I'm not sure it was really a lack of adjustments. I went back and watched it again. The Bills crossed into Jax territory on 6 of 9 possessions (had Beasley not dropped an easy catch it would have been 7 of 9 possessions). To me, it was a perfect storm of offensive issues: Penalties, drops, missed assignments, turnovers, etc. - and every offensive miscue seemed to be at a critical moment. In addition, the absence of Brown has really caused issues the last two weeks along the Oline. If their starters are healthy, consistently in the same positions, and playing up to their potential, they are not great, but they they are serviceable with a QB like Josh. Like most teams, they have no quality depth on the oline. You remove Brown and shuffle others around and you see the results. You compound that with all of the other mistakes you saw on Sunday and it is a recipe for disaster. I don't buy the "They didn't care," "They weren't prepared," "They have no heart," and other ridiculous assertions. It was atrocious, and they have issues, no doubt. But it is in no way a defining moment for this team. All teams have issues and all teams stumble at some point. I find it interesting that so many people want to use this game as the lens through which they want to view this team as opposed to the overwhelming majority of games over the last year and a half in which they demonstrated that they are one of the best teams in the NFL.
  16. The loss of Knox and Brown (and the subsequent shuffling of the online) had a much bigger impact the last two weeks than most people anticipated.
  17. Ummm... they actually dominated stretches of the Titans game and probably should have won it...
  18. Not as much of an embarrassment as this post...
  19. Absolutely right. He didn't revert to "Rookie Allen." He certainly didn't have his best game, but the awful offensive performance was a team effort. Allen is one of the best QBs in the game who, for a variety of reasons, didn't have a good day. It happens to every QB. It doesn't mean they are regressing. It just means that there are days when even the best QB can't carry a team without some help.
  20. Amen, brother. I rarely come on here after a loss. Some of the worst takes I have ever seen. I have no idea why I am actually looking at some of these threads. My only rationale is that it is like seeing a gruesome wreck on the side of the road: You really don't want to see it, but you can't look away....
  21. You needed to hear that to know how bad the oline was yesterday?
  22. Is this Italian Bills masquerading as K-9? What is this sorcery? [post you're quoting has been edited at K-9's request]
  23. The Titans averaged 2.7 yds per rush, Tannehill was sacked three times, had no time to throw, and ended up with 149 yards. The Titans had 194 yards of total offense. Manhandled the Rams? No, he didn't
