You really do have deficiencies in reading comprehension. Let me help you out. When I wrote the words, "What I wrote has nothing to do with Trump," they literally meant that what I wrote has nothing to do with Trump. See how that works? Now, this next part might be more complicated, so, try to follow along. You could also deduce that the post had nothing to do with Trump by (1) looking at the entire post and seeing that I never mentioned Trump, (2) the post wasn't in response to anything about Trump, and (3) I have never, until now, posted anything about Trump at all. It is really not that hard. Practice it. Read things slowly at first, so that you understand everything that you are reading. If you run into something you don't understand, do not be afraid to look it up, or ask someone. We are all here to help. As for your fixation on Trump and anal orifices, that is something you need to explore with a therapist. Cheers.

We can parse words on legal definitions all day - it doesn't matter. The central issue here is due process and the accuracy of evaluating facts. At this point in time, there are no facts that corroborate Ramirez' allegation. You quote a memo in which the central theme is that more facts are needed before a conclusion can be reached. Yet, you and virtually every democrat out there seem to have no problem reaching conclusions of guilt without supporting facts.

1. She accused him of indecent exposure, which, in most states does not even arise to the legal definition of sexual assault. Yes it is wrong and reprehensible, and there are laws that deal with it. However, you can poll as many posters as you want, indecent exposure is not an "attack" under the law. 2. In regard to your mistake, my point was you cannot seem to get simple facts straight, which, according to your Democratic Senators on the confirmation committee, would seem to fall under the category of "falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus."

Someone needs to be fired over Mahomes right now.
billsfan1959 replied to Klaista2k's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No, it is their job to make educated guesses about future performance. It is a subjective process and sometimes they are wrong. It doesn't matter if it is 2018 or 1979. They have many more tools available to them now and their analyses of an given player can be more thorough, however, in the end, they are still being asked to make a subjective evaluation of future behavior. It is not an exact science and never will be. -
1. It is wrong, and, in most states, it is a crime; however, unless he beat her with it, it is not an attack. 2. You said Kavanaugh sent texts before the date he admitted to learning of the Ramirez allegation. Go back and read your own link. Kavanaugh did not send any texts prior to that date. The texts were between Berchem and Yarasavage (and don't actually confirm anything). 3. Let's add lack of reading comprehension to your list of cognitive disabilities.

We shouldn't stop with those involved in the Mahomes debacle. We should not rest until we have held every single person (or surviving family members) accountable for every personnel decision, in the history of the Buffalo Bills, that turned out to be bad in hindsight. I still can't believe Robert Lustig pass on drafting Joe Montana? Three times!! We really shouldn't stand for an inability to predict future performance any longer... -
There is actually no allegation that Kavanaugh sent any texts regarding Ramirez before he said he became aware of the allegation. Kerry Berchem stated she was in possession of texts between her and Karen Yarasavage. Also, there was no allegation of an "attack." Honestly, it is hard to take anyone seriously who cannot get simple facts straight. It demonstrates either (1) a willingness to distort facts in order to support what you want to believe or (2) a lack of critical thinking skills.

On a serious note: I am truly sorry to hear about that. Not intended about you, specifically; but, I think a lot of fans allow a game to negatively impact their lives way too much from an emotional perspective. I was guilty of it myself until I learned how to find a balance that works for me. Now, I enjoy my Sundays - no matter how the Bills play. I hope all is well with you now, my friend!

Reading the posts on this board after a loss / bad performance usually just make me laugh. However, sometimes it feels like they just might trigger an aneurysm and make my head explode....

Marrone went for 2 up 31-12 with 25 sec to go vs Jets
billsfan1959 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't share the anger at Marrone; however, I don't care much for him on a personal level. One can be a good coach and still be an !@#hole. They are not mutually exclusive... -
Will the Bills ruin Josh Allen?
billsfan1959 replied to Foreigner's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Good post. He is a rookie QB with three starts on an offense with, perhaps, the least talent in the NFL, under an offensive coordinator, who has not had a great track record in regard to success. Allen wasn't good yesterday. Some of it was on him, some of it was on the disaster of an offensive unit that surrounded him, and some of it was on a game plan that looked, shall we say, a bit challenged from a creative perspective. Allen is a tough kid, mentally and physically, with a high ceiling. Whether he reaches that potential or not will depend on a lot of factors; however, I don't think adversity, in any form on the field, is going to ruin him. This team is going to be what most of us expected it to be this year and, IMHO, it was always going to be primarily about finding their franchise guy and developing him. It is baptism by fire, and, at this point, it is what it is. There is a long way to go and none of us knows how it will turn out. Might as well relax and root, throughout the rest of the year, for him to develop into what this team needs him to be. -
Buffalo Bills moving forward

Absolutely agree. Honestly, it is difficult coming on this board after a loss... -
Allen is a budding superstar
billsfan1959 replied to ghostwriter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is a ridiculous conversation to be having. He is a rookie QB, in his third full game, on a team with virtually no offensive weapons. It is not an excuse - it is an objective observation. Draw whatever conclusions you want. As for me, I think I will wait to see how he progresses over an actual season. -
Allen is a budding superstar
billsfan1959 replied to ghostwriter's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That very average defense managed to have players coming at Allen from every direction on most passing plays. The entire offense was horrific, from awful pass protection, to receivers who rarely managed any kind of separation at all, to a non-existent running game, to questionable play calling. Any conclusions you reach about a rookie QB in the midst of that disaster aren't worth much. -
I did live in northern California for awhile, near Sacramento. I have to admit, the weather was pretty comfortable most of the time. However, I'm an east coast guy and our children, grandchildren, and families are all on the east coast. Although, I did love not having to wait until 1:00pm to watch my Bills play their 1:00pm Sunday games!

I wish, even with the heat. Unfortunately, I was travelling for work. We definitely have our brutal days here, don't we? I wish there was a place where, every single day, the weather was like the best fall day back home. #Utopia

I'm with you. I left the Buffalo area in 1978 and the coldest climate I have lived in since that time was the DC area (currently in North Carolina)...

Who was the last TRUE #1 WR for the Bills?
billsfan1959 replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I was speaking of this FO. They drafted Zay Jones (who I happen to think will be a solid #2 or #3 receiver with a true #1 on the team) in the 2nd and traded a 3rd for Kelvin Benjamin. That's not exactly attacking the WR position with draft capital. -
Who was the last TRUE #1 WR for the Bills?
billsfan1959 replied to BigDingus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hopefully, they will begin to provide him with receivers of that caliber next year - which, I think, was their plan all along: Get their franchise QB this year, add what they could defensively to keep them competitive, eat the dead cap money, and start to build their offense around Allen next year. -
Classic: When he kept his composure, democrats complained that he did not display the emotional outrage of someone falsely accused. When he did display it, they accused him of (1) being self-centered and thin-skinned, (2) having a temperament not suited for a supreme court justice, (3) revealing who he really is - a man whose anger could lead him to sexually assault someone, (4) finally showing his bias toward the left that they knew existed all along, (5) etc., etc., etc. I have spent the past 35 years in the investigation, analyses, and prosecution of violent crimes, to include sexual assault. I have also taught extensively regarding sexual assault victims and sexual offenders. I have worked on behalf of victims almost my entire adult life and what I am witnessing sickens me. The shameless exploitation by senate democrats is bad enough; however, the fervent, national endorsement of this behavior, en masse, by a group fueled simply by hatred and rage, is, perhaps, even more disturbing. God help us if this is the new norm...
