  1. What does Wawrow know? He is no position to assess what is going on with this team. He clearly needs to consult with some of the posters on this board to truly understand that the Pegulas, Beane, and McDermott have no clue, whatsoever, about what they are doing with this team. They should be fired, forced to personally apologize to every aggrieved fan, and then banished to some remote island where they could never, ever, harm another living soul whose entire happiness depends on the fortunes of a football team. Yes...sarcasm
  2. And expressing it 100 times in every thread doesn't make it any more legitimate than the opinion of anyone else
  3. IMHO, they appear to have more of a clue on their rebuild plan than you have in accurately assessing it
  4. Alphadawg7 is perfectly capable of defending himself. However, for the record, he is a knowledgeable poster that has provided quality posts here for a long time. Between you and him? Not really a close call on which poster I respect more for what they contribute.
  5. I rarely watch the team live anymore (other than when I can get back to Buffalo and attend a game). I would rather spend my Sunday afternoons doing more productive things. I check in on the score every 30 minutes or so, and, then, win or lose, when I have some time to myself, I will watch the replay on NFL Gamepass.
  6. But, then again, you have absolutely no credibility when it comes to assessing QBs. So, there's that.....
  7. Please tell us again about the one where this team drafted a complete bust in Josh Allen. You haven't mentioned it in about 5 posts and I am going through withdrawals...
  8. Shhhh…. Now is not the time to infuse reality into the situation. People are unhappy and, dammit, somebody needs to pay.
  9. There wouldn't be a team. Everyone from the GM down to the parking lot attendants would be fired after the first loss....
  10. I posted in this thread to say that I didn't believe having Tyrod on the team would make this a playoff caliber team. Period. You chose to respond to my post and accuse me of saying things I never said. My only other posts in this thread were to respond when you directly posted to me.. You can talk about Tyrod all you want; however, for future reference, when you respond to somebody's post, you might want to read them and respond to what is actually in the post - not what you think is in there. BTW, talking about Tyrod doesn't make you sound like a petulant child. Behaving like a petulant child is what makes you sound like one. Cheers
  11. Taking your ball and going home? So much angst....
  12. So, what you are saying is that you are to Winston what McDermott is to Peterman? Que Tammy Wynette's "Stand by your man." Clearly you really have no credibility on this issue.
  13. You are emotional, angry, and, apparently, feel the need to vent it at everyone. Let me try to make this as clear as possible: I have never engaged in any discussion about whether or not Tyrod would be a great bridge or not. I have never engaged in any discussion where I bashed Tyrod. I really do not care to have any discussions about Tyrod, other than to say he is no longer here and it is pointless. I have never said any of the things you are addressing. Is that clear enough for you. Honestly, you are like a child.
  14. Actually, I have never posted anything even remotely close to bashing Tyrod. I wrote in an earlier post that I don't believe this team would be battling for a playoff spot even with Tyrod. I have also written that I have not bought into the process, nor am I in favor of firing everyone at this point. I am not sure if you simply have a reading comprehension issue or if, in your quest to spew your emotional outbursts at so many posters, you can't keep straight who posted what. But, hey, carry on your crusade if it makes you feel better.
  15. Thanks for clarifying. I wasn't quite certain what you meant in your previous 1000 "fire everyone" posts Not disagreeing. I will wait to see what happens this off-season and next year. Hopefully they put some real talent around Allen and he begins showing he could be that franchise guy. If not, it will probably be on to the next regime.
  16. I liked Mahomes and was in favor of drafting him. But they didn't. End of story. We now have Allen and I would like to see what he does with some real talent around him. Wallowing in what could have been and what should have been is pointless. BTW, I am sure Mahomes would look exactly like he does in KC if he were here running for his life behind this OL and throwing to Andre Holmes.
  17. Calm down. It wasn't directed at you. It was a general comment about all the various threads quoting statistics of how historically bad this offense (in general) and Peterman (in particular) are.
  18. I think I will wait until I see what they do in the off-season. I have neither bought into what they are doing or the idea of firing anyone at this point. They are 1.5 years into a rebuild. They chose to get rid of some talented players and large contracts and eat all the dead cap space in 2018, lost several key players they did not intend on losing, and used a lot of their draft capital on what they believe will be the future cornerstone pieces of the offense and defense. All of which left them with little ability to improve a roster, particularly on the offensive line and receiver positions, with players that are more than one year quick fixes. IMHO, they were very fortunate to be a playoff team last year (and that was after getting rid of most of the players) and their plan all along was to try to stay as competitive as possible this year without sacrificing their ability to begin building around Allen next year and adding more pieces to the defense. You can agree or not agree with any of those choices; however, those are the choices they made and that they will sink or swim with. I have no problem with the owners allowing them this upcoming off-season and next year to follow through and show a marked improvement in this team.
  19. It doesn't necessarily mean it deserves its own thread when it could have gone into any one of the other 1000 "the Pegulas, Beane, and McDermott don't know what they are doing and should be banished from civilized society" threads
  20. Somehow, I don't believe this team would be battling for a playoff spot with Tyrod behind center...
  21. Actually, the Rams were dead last in the NFL in offense just two years ago. So, apparently, achieving such offensive success as they are experiencing now doesn't have to be "years away." BTW, they added their franchise QB two years ago (and were awful his first year - averaging 4 PPG more than the Bills are now) and then added most of their offensive talent the last two off-seasons. Hmmmmm….
  22. Well, if you look at the history of our posts, one of us definitely sounds upset a great deal of the time... ?
