  1. I was going to pose this same question, but after thinking about it concluded that he meant the largest shareholder must own at least 10%. That's the only way it makes sense to me at least. correct me if i'm wrong Caveman
  2. Are you insinuating that the OP is on crack, or implying that the answer to all of these questions is yes, thereby agreeing with him?
  3. I already explained how the defense can make it more difficult for the offense to sustain drives. When the offense is constantly playing from behind because the defense gets scores on every time they take the field, it puts more pressure on the offense to score as quickly as possible, which makes their job more difficult and forces them to alter their gameplan. How is that hard to understand? The offense sustains drives just fine until the defense puts them so far behind that they are forced to pass on every play in the second half to catch up. Case in point, time of possession was dead even at halftime of the Jacksonville game, but by the end the game Jacksonville led by a large margin. That's the result of a defense that can't get off the field (ZERO punts) forcing an offense to play catch up.
  4. So not sustaining drives can't be blamed on the defense, but the defense sucking can be blamed on the offense? That's convenient for your argument, but doesn't make any sense and isn't true. The truth is both units help (or hinder) the other one, its not a one way street either way. From what I've seen this year the offense has been doing most of the helping and the defense most of the hindering, with the obvious exception of the Edwards games when both units were equally pathetic.
  5. The offense "can't sustain drives" because the defense can't make a stop and they're constantly playing catch-up. They don't have a problem sustaining drives in the first half for the most part with the exception of drive killing penalties, which I would guess are down from last year too, so there's another possible area of improvement. Playing catch-up is harder on the offense, not easier. So how does the defense making their job harder improve their point totals, exactly? edit: team penalties 6.7 per game in '09, 4.6 per game this year, making us the 5th least penalized team. I didn't find stats for offensive penalties only, but if the team as a whole is averaging two less per game, the offense is probably averaging one less per game.
  6. Yep. graduated from the same high school as my mom two years before. She also had homeroom with Kenneth Bianchi
  7. Just the Good old boys, never meanin no harm...
  8. they all played professional sports in Buffalo, NY.
  9. I'm officially going now, just bought a pair of tickets. Thanks RShirley!
  10. It depends. If the game gets blacked out, I might buy a ticket just so I get to see it.
  11. not worth starting this week. Seahawks have a bye. I also have him on my team. My plan is to keep him benched until his first game to see how much they plan on using him and how he does.
  12. Andre Anderson was promoted from the practice squad to be the 3rd rb.
  13. Garrison Sanborn
  14. I suppose I should just become a Maple Leafs fan too if the Sabres ever left
  15. That would certainly make watching the game on tv more interesting.
  16. If the Bills started burning houses down, it would probably mean the land was seized for eminent domain and the Bills were getting a new stadium. I can see people being happy about that.
  17. If they did build the stadium in Batavia, would the Batavia Party Zone sign be allowed?
  18. As tbone said, the player in question was Chidi Ahonotu. As far as the rest of you post goes, the thruway isn't the only road from Buffalo to Batavia. Off the top of my head, 5, 20, and 33 would all be options on gameday as well. You could also take 20A to 98. I'm not saying I think this should happen, but I don't think getting to the stadium would be a problem if it did.
  19. What does running the wildcat for one play have to with playing musical defensive linemen?
  20. I posted a similar thread hours ago and no one even looked at it, this one gets 4 replies in ten minutes. Funny how the board works sometimes lol
  21. http://blogs.buffalobills.com/2010/09/29/stroud-sounds-questionable/
  22. Actually, 100 is the average on IQ tests. Its scored on a normal curve with a standard deviation of 15. scores between 85 and 115 are considered to be in the normal range. Your 93 is on the lower half of normal, but even that sounds like its giving you too much credit.
  23. Who cares about the stadium food? If you go to a football game and feel compelled to by the crappy overpriced stadium food, something's wrong with your tailgate.
