FWIW, that was Suggs, not Lewis. Everything else is spot on and I remember thinking these very same things while watching this game last week.

Now this post is logical and makes sense. I personally disagree that Nix has done nothing to make the team better, I just think it will take a while to see the results, but that wasn't the point of my post. I was just questioning your logic in using Nix's age as the reason for what you perceive as his failure, but using Parcells as your exemplar. In the comparison between these two, age has nothing to do with it.

So Buddy Nix is too old to compete, but you would bring in Parcells, who is only two years younger and way more likely to flake out and move on to something else as soon as the opportunity presents itself?

Maybe they should do that, then trade the bag of pucks to the Sabres for Lalime. He can't stop anything, he'd fit right in on this defense.

I **** my pants on the ice one year during high school hockey tryouts because I was afraid I would get cut if I left the ice during practice, and I thought I could hold it. Once my bowels proved me wrong, I still stayed out there until the end of practice because I was too embarrassed to tell the coach what happened.

Kelly wasn't a rookie his first year with the Bills, at least not in the traditional fresh out of college sense. He had two seasons in the pros under his belt in the USFL, and Jimbo himself credits those two years as being key to his development. Jimbo was more game ready his "rookie" season with the Bills than he would have been fresh out of college, and who knows if he would have started if he came to the Bills as a true rookie?

But if everyone decides to go, would it even be possible for there to be enough security to stop the entire lower bowl? I don't think so. The first few people would probably get stopped/arrested, but after that they would probably have to let everyone else go. One can hope anyway since I'm too young to remember the last time it happened and would love to be a part of that.
