  1. I just missed being in this shot! I'm pretty sure the guy in the blue shirt on the right hand edge of the cover next to the tunnel railing was in the row behind me.
  2. Well, who looks good at 32nd overall?
  3. Agreed on all points. I will add that even if the Pats are "playing angry," I don't think that plays well to their strengths. The Pats go as Brady goes. If Brady has a weakness, it's that getting angry when things aren't going his way frustrates him and throws him off his game. I hope Brady is still seething at the start of the game this week, and that Oakland quickly makes him even angrier. I still expect the Pats to be a tough out for Oakland, but this is definitely a winnable game for them. I expect Baltimore to take care of business against the Jets as well. there's a very real possibility the Bills could have a 2 game lead on the rest of the division at the end of this week. Who'da thunk it?
  4. You're living in the preseason. The line's been great so far. They're playing even better than I expected, and I was one of the few people who expected them to be significantly improved over last year.
  5. I'll add that while the Mckelvin pick and the Wilson pick were both great plays by our DB's, if Brady is comfortable they don't have the opportunity to make those plays 99 times out of 100.
  6. I'm not going to say the pass rush was great, but I think they put enough pressure on Brady to force him into some mistakes. Matching his INT total from last season in a single game attests to that.
  7. You must not watch very much football if you've never seen a ball tipped at the line get intercepted, and never expect to see it again. The PI was a poorly thrown ball, but Nelson could have made a play on it if he wasn't interfered with, and the call was correct. I don't see how either of these should never have happened.
  8. Florence's Pick 6. That was when I knew we would win.
  9. I was sort of surprised that they included the goalposts coming down in 1980 in the video for the Red, White, and Blue song they played before the game. At the time it seemed almost like they knew fans would tear down the posts if we won this game, and they were condoning it by providing examples.
  10. Isn't this what tea time with Ms. McGill has always meant? How is it a new meaning?
  11. Maybe because Brady has a 7:1 TD to pick ratio this year? Oh wait...nevermind.
  12. They could come out to this
  13. Lot 3 will have the disney style parking. 5 is still a free for all
  14. Since no one has said it yet...At the stadium, you mouthbreathing idiot!
  15. Bills 56 Patriots 42. Patriots driving late in the 4th to tie it down 49-42. Byrd gets a pick-6 to ice it.
  16. I went there too, from 2006-2010. When were you there?
  17. The game wasn't on in Geneseo?
  18. Bills win thirty-ten at ralph wilson stadium you heard it here first
  19. Where did he imply otherwise? Can it happen in both situations? Sure. It's just significantly more likely with your head down. I can die if I hit a tree in my car going 30mph wearing my seatbelt.I'm way more likely to die hitting the same tree at 100mph not wearing my seatbelt. The same premise applies here. You're not going to eliminate all injuries, but by taking simple, reasonable preventative measures you greatly reduce the risk.
  20. No, but I can add my own speculation and baseless claims. I think we'll see a very different gameplan this week than we have in the last 2 weeks. The last 2 weeks we focused on stopping the run, sometimes at the expense of our pass d it seemed. Generating pressure on Brady will be the key this week. If we can do it consistently with 4-5 guys rushing, I think we have a good chance. I actually think our D-line matches up well with their oline too. As we know Kyle Williams has developed into a great player for us, but the biggest knock on him has been that he is a penetrator, not a prototypical space eater nose who takes up blockers so others can make plays. I think that works in the Bills favor this week as he should be able to generate lots of pressure on Brady from the interior of the line playing against a backup center. I would also love to see Dareus and Merriman have big days rushing the passer.
  21. I was going to give Jay props for doing the classy thing by not calling the person out publicly, at least not yet. We don't know the circumstances of why the person no-showed, and the person should be given the opportunity to make it right before being ostracized if he/she had a legitimate reason for not showing up.
  22. Rumor has it he went to one of those highfalutin ivy league schools too.
  23. I'm not buying playoff tickets yet either, but to say we should be in the 20's after those two wins is being a little too gloomy, or cautious, or whatever you want to call it. Bad teams don't blow out the opponent in their home opener, they don't come back from a 18 point halftime deficit to score a TD every time they have the ball in the second half and win, and they sure as heck don't do those things in back to back weeks. You're right that there are a lot of questions left to be answered, but from what I've seen so far, this team is anything but the same old Bills.
  24. Oh, I see. You're cherry picking evidence to suit your gloomy worldview. Carry on then.
