  1. This is the longest response to a boner joke I've ever seen.
  2. Weren't they big dogs week one last year too? That game turned out ok.
  3. That must be some bike.
  4. If he was dumb enough to get caught he probably didn't belong in the honors program anyway.
  5. That's always been a poor argument against the passing game anyway IMO, because the same is true in the running game: you can fumble, you can lose yards, or you can gain yards. With the offense being at such a "disadvantage" in both the running and passing games,it's a wonder teams ever score.
  6. Whoever we picked there probably would've been cut anyway, and they almost always bring in a UDFA kicker and punter for camp. They probably liked him just enough that they didn't want to compete with other teams to get him to camp, but I'd be shocked if he's on the opening day roster instead of Lindell.
  7. There's no way we'll be able to trade from the 32nd pick up to where those guys will be taken, even if we trade every single pick.
  8. You for not opening your door so one of those things would happen.
  9. Taro Tsujimoto
  10. Gilmore, plus I'd give Glenn better than even odds at beating out Hairston. Even if he isn't starting at LT, he may be starting at RT or RG. Graham may not be a starter in the traditional sense of being the #1 or #2 receiver listed on the depth chart, but I wouldn't be surprised if he sees significant opening day playing time in 3 and 4 receiver sets, which Chan runs a lot of. If the first play we run on offense is a 4 receiver set and he's on the field, would that then make him a starter? I'm not saying all three of these guys will start or have significant opening day snaps, but it wouldn't surprise me if they did. It's too early to tell either way.
  11. You tell me. You're the one with the time machine.
  12. Can I borrow your time machine? You must have one if you already know we didn't get three starters from this draft.
  13. I don't usually get that excited over practice round players, but whatever you're into...
  14. I'm not sure what your point is with the part I bolded. Why would anyone expect a 5th round rookie to be an improvement over a 2nd rounder with a year of NFL experience?
  15. The counterargument to that being, you need the best players you can get.
  16. I agree with almost everything you said, but Levitre was a disaster at C, he couldn't make an accurate shotgun snap. Once they figured this out and moved Urbik there instead, he held his own.
  17. What if you have kids? Would you still recommend locking yourself in your room and leaving them to fend for themselves?
  18. At the time you probably would have been accused of being a bandwagon fan for joining up during the Superbowl run and not being from WNY or having local ties, but in sticking with them for the 18 years since they were last in the Superbowl and 12 years since they were last in the playoffs, I'd say you've been around long enough to prove otherwise. I wouldn't worry too much about what some people on the radio say. Anyway, it sounds like the situation they were describing is the opposite of yours. In dissing locals who support other teams, they're taking a stance of "If you're from here you should support the home team," which is not the same as "If you're not from here, you aren't allowed to like us." I'm sure most of the Ohians who have a problem with Cowboys fans from Cleveland wouldn't mind a Browns fan from Montana, for example.
  19. Since I'm assuming you're not a successful NFL QB either, are you willing to do the same?
  20. he's got an extra gear- only runs hard when he's about to get hit.
  21. "To me, this field is no different than Walmart. This field is my business," I didn't know you owned Walmart too
  22. Four December "home" games, although one is in Toronto.
  23. Coach woulda put me in fourth quarter, we would've been state champions. No doubt. No doubt in my mind.
  24. Not a Brony, but I'm not too ashamed to admit I've played a Yo Gabba Gabba drinking game with a group of my 21-27 year old friends, none of whom have children and only one of which had any reason to know Yo Gabba Gabba even existed (she's a preschool teacher.)
  25. Iv'e only been to maybe 10-12 games, but I never thought the Ralph was that bad as far as drunken behavior. I think people see one or two really bad incidents and oversell them as being representative of the overall experience or the fanbase in general. Sure, I've seen a few altercations and heard some swearing, but I can say the same thing about where I went to high school and I never felt personally threatened or unsafe in either place. I can't say that its a matter of cheap vs. expensive seats in my case either, as the only cheap seats I haven't sat in are The Rockpile, and I've never sat in what I would consider the expensive seats either. (i.e. lower bowl between the 20's or club seats.)Unless sitting in the Rockpile is like a three hour brawling pukefest and that's where everyone who complains about a bad experience has sat, I just can't see how it could be as bad as some make it out to be.
