  1. ha, good catch! When I counted out the syllables in my head I missed the second in 'hello.' I'll just change it to 'hi' i guess.
  2. Hi Chicago Bears We are the Buffalo Bills It's time for Football
  3. I moved to Columbia, SC from Rochester a little over 2 years ago. We're about an hour and 15 minutes from Charlotte, which makes the Panthers the local NFL team.I haven't paid any more attention to them or any other team than when I lived in Rochester.Even with the panthers less than 100 miles away, there's not really an NFL culture around here the way there is in WNY. College football is a much bigger deal. I was never really a college football fan growing up or when I lived in Rochester, but the longer I'm here the more I find myself taking an interest in the Gamecocks. Evejn with them, I still wouldnt call my level of interest being a fan, more of a casual observer.
  4. Yep. Home opener chan's first year as coach. Iirc he ran out of bounds on the last play of the game when a successful Hail Mary would have won it.
  5. Just to be clear, we're talking about the tannehill who got shut out and could barely get the ball past midfield against a 6-10 team with a playoff spot on the line, right? The one whose stats last year were comparable to ej's rookie year stats extrapolated over a 16 game season? If that's the one we're talking about, no thanks.
  6. Guess you missed linking the scouting report... Oh well!
  7. All football clips, or just Sammy watkINs ones?
  8. I sort of understand the reasoning behind it, but I don't understand what this new policy changes for all practical purposes. Couldn't you still find out which games are sellouts simply by logging into ticketmaster and attempting to purchase tickets? It would only take one person doing this and posting the results online to circumvent this policy.
  9. The oldest RB in the league doesn't like training camp, and likes it even less when he's gonna be getting hit in practice by guys who aren't on his team and therefore have no incentive to try to keep him healthy? Color me shocked!
  10. I also went and had a great time. Hit up tavern on the tracks before the game per a suggestion on here, and had a blast there. It's a little more than a half mile walk to the stadium, which worked out in our advantage because we were able to park on the street for free, and we didn't have any stadium traffic to deal with on the way out. I was also impressed with how nice their stadium is and how short the bathroom and concession waits were compared to the Ralph, although I'm sure they're longer when the place is full and I wonder how much the renovations on the Ralph will help that. One major advantage of the Ralph I noticed was that the walk to the upper deck is a lot shorter than it is at B of A stadium. It seemed like I was going up that ramp forever last night.
  11. Me and a friend will be driving up for the game from Columbia sc. We'll have to check this place out pre-game and hopefully meet some fellow bills fans.
  12. I thought so at first, but I think what looks like it could be his leg is actually the girl's arm. Still not a good look, and his pants very well could be down. Can't really tell from the pic.
  13. Nobody except New England, the giants/jets, the steelers, the eagles, the browns, and the bengals, all of which have open air stadiums built within the last 15 years. The convention revenue stream is over rated IMO, especially since this plan includes a seperate convention center.
  14. I don't like the idea of any sort of roof, retractable or otherwise. I'm also not sure how game day traffic would work with the major artery into that area underground. Would it be feasable to do tunnel to surface exit ramps somehow? It's a cool concept though.
  15. Which of you guys is wearing zubaz and holding up the anti Bon jovi sign behind the nfl network stage at the hall of fame?
  16. I think the rule should be if the hair covers the jersey number to the point that you can't easily read it, it's too long. Since even the guys with the longest hair in the league don't come close to this threshold, it shouldn't be an issue IMO.
  17. They must not have any signs on businesses in Hamburg.
  18. This has to be satire... ...I hope.
  19. Regardless of sexual orientation, has no one else thought of how confusig it will be for opposing qb's trying to read our defense if we have a guy named Mike Sam on the field lined up as the Will?
  20. a few years back I broke my ankle and has surgery on it 3 days later. they prescribed me 30 vicodin after i broke it, and 100 percocet after the surgery. I think I took 6 pills total.
  21. Yeah, i was outside grilling in shorts yesterday an hour before i found out i didnt have work today. It just started to sprinkle a little. Temp is still above freezing. I think I might go for a run.
  22. I'm in Columbia, sc. I work in a school and last night they had already made the call to cancel today because of the threat of snow/sleet/freezing rain. So far it's about 35 degrees, windy and overcast but that's it. They're calling for about a quarter inch of freezing rain and 3 inches of snow though. If we get it it'll be the first "significant" winter event since I moved down from Rochester in august 2012, so I'm looking forward to seeing how it plays out.
  23. They both play for teams with blue as a primary team color whose home cities are on lake Erie. There's really quite a lot of similarities if you're willing to find them.
  24. I don't know about narrowing the posts, but I'd like to see a top crossbar. Depending on how high it's placed it could make kicking more difficult, and it would also take the guesswork out of judging if a kick above the top of the post is good.
