If Dallas & SF don't have the money to give either Lamb or Aiyuk the Bills sure as h*ll don't have the cash or draft capital that either team or person is wanting !! I have a scenario in mind - Mcgovern starts the season and does okay but then at some point he gets dinged and has to set 3 or 4 games, the rookie comes in and does a masterful job because that is his position . Connor due to his contract goes back to guard the O line is humming prior to & into the play offs opening holes for the backs . Next season the rookie stays at center McBeane trade Mcgovern to the Giants for a 3rd round pick to clear out some cap space or they keep him at guard & let the other guard Edwards ? walk in FA .

Exactly my point . The housing market is not only inflationary & supply and demand based in part but i feel the realtors greed has much more to do with it than other factors ! I saw it in Fl. before 08 when people were moving to Fl. in droves & i thought these price increases can't continue the way they are going and sure enough they didn't and i feel the exact same thing will happen again . I don't know how a young married couple can afford a home today at prices starting at or near $350 k with out the wages having to be stupid high in order to live a relatively comfortable life and a big part is to blame on the realtors IMHO .

It's been tough to keep a true contender year after year ever since FA came into being and although i agree there is a possibility that we could miss the play offs as long as JA is at the ready & McD & Beane are making the big decisions our team always has a shot at it . I do think that there needs to be a infusion of top end talent but i hope they have found a few of those in the draft and they can develop quickly by seasons end to keep the team in the top . Injuries like those to Millano always suck but i hope he will rehab this one & be back in top form by the end of the season and be once again a part of a play off run . Rebuilding is always going to be part of the NFL equation at some point due to cap constraints but i think if Beane & company can continue to draft well the Bills will always be in the hunt until Josh can no longer play or decides to retire .

So my house that i bought 8 years ago for $66 k that is now appraised at $270 k and you take off $25 k which makes it worth (In their eyes) $245K that's a lot of savings on that amount of inflation over the 8 years that increased the cost of this house by only $179 k .
