Must be a bird watcher ... Have you ever seen lucas oil stadium ? It is mostly glass on either end & you can see through glass so you still get the view . There may be other places that are a bit better suited for a stadium in Buffalo but this dragging of political feet in the western NY area is why the economy sucks so bad there & why i HAD TO eventually move to make a living . Plus people are drawn to the water , If the stadium plan is built as proposed with a sports museum & convention center it could be a lot like the sights in SF on the water . The other thing with a domed stadium is that your completely brain farting is HELLO SUPER BOWL BID ! Yes if we get a domed stadium on the water front that will mean there will be a movement for more hotels to bring Canadian visitors & eventually a SB bid to Buffalo , but the backwards kind of thinking in this post is what has kept the economy & the Buffalo area in a funk for the last 20 + years !!! But hey start a comity & have it go through the motions for the next ten years by then Ralph will have passed, the Bills will have been sold & moved by the new owner (because of ancient stadium & backward thinking) , hence more jobs lost , no more NFL in western NY & more people leaving the area instead of staying , so go for it ... Thank you i would like to add this to my reply ...Thank You Sir !!!

I get all of the talk saying he might not fit into the new defense & he may not be aggressive enough & all , but just based on his past performance & the Bills FO past performance he should get paid by the Bills . That meaning they paid Fitz for crying out loud & they paid him based on 4 or 5 games in one season & never took into consideration his resume up to that point . Don't get me wrong i think Fitz is a GREAT team guy, very gutsy player & sacrificed everything when he was on the field for the team a true Bills type of player but, that being said the front office was willing to recklessly write up , agree to & sign his contract when his resume wasn't 1/5 what Byrds is . The guy is TOP NFL Talent when it comes to his position . Why are the Bills FO so willing to pay a guy with Fitz resume & not Byrd based on his resume ? Too I think Byrd is using the foot thing to give a little back to the Bills, to show them look i will give you as much as you give to me ... And i can't really say as i blame him !!!

You can never under estimate Brady & the Pats ! I was at the game last year when our Bills were up 28 & after the half it was like what did you do with our guys ? It was like they just quit or something ... Brady started dealing out his yearly ass whipping to our team . I just hope they can use that game & learn from it . Billy cheat & crew are some of if not the best at making half time adjustments & if you can't make adjustments at the half you wind up with a 13 year drought when it comes to the play offs ... I ain't saying but i'm just sayin !!

Well if you think back that is what Schobel had & he played with it but late in the year i believe he was put on IR or sat out a year & had it operated on so he could get over it . So it could be some thing that could linger & hinder his play this year . But i can't help but think could this be in part that he doesn't want to get hurt while on a franchise tender ? If this gets bad enough could this be a ploy to get put on IR to collect his $6.9 mil & not have to put him self in harms way while in his eyes not earning up to the potential of what he has proven or feels he is worth to a team ??

Um not if the action of bringing in Leonard says anything to the Bills fans ... That sure doesn't look like a vote of confidence in my book !! And Searcy it seems is not a real good future prospect either , i ain't saying but i'm just saying ...

Streeter - Streeter ? Where did this guy come from ?? Alls we have heard about this year is how good our WR corp was & how hard it was going to be come cut time . I know that DaRick has signed with the Colts practice squad but was that before we had a chance at him ? And if we did have a chance at him (and didn't grab him) was he really that bad that we didn't want him on our practice squad to bring him along ? Then there was Brandon Kaughfman, i thought he was a really good prospect (or did he get scooped up by another team) ? I just think that it speaks volumes if Mr. Rogers was not wanted back here if he was there for the taking before the Colts took him ... Please fill me in if i have indeed missed something along the way ... Oh & if this has already been discussed my apology !!!

What is wrong with this situation ? Robert Craft the owner of one of our biggest rivals (although a very good & ethical owner i believe) has always stood up for what he thinks is right for the franchise & what it stands for which i commend him for ! During the entire Hernandez thing i think every move he has made signals the moves of a very dignified franchise , but he is now getting flack because he doesn't want to pay Hernandez a work out bonus ... Per the article i read , "The NFL players association has filed a grievance to help murder suspect AH collect a $82K work out bonus" of which Mr Kraft has said NO were not paying it !! You go Bob !! There should be a clause in every NFL contract from here on out that says, if a player is involved in ANY illegal doings what ever they may be the contract can & will be suspended with the possibility of being cancelled completely until any & all allegations are cleared up .. Why should any of these teams have to pay for a degenerate, thug type persons actions outside of the facility that brings the integrity of not only the team but the entire NFL down to a sub pare level ? To play in the NFL is a privilege not a right of passage just because you have football skills . And even more to the point what is the NFL PA fighting for this guy to get his money for, if the guy has been indicted apparently there is enough evidence for the indictment so why not just say something like At such a time when & IF AH is found not guilty we will be filing for his pay to be reinstated . I know contracts have certain language in them but you can cut a player for not performing up to the expectations of a coaching staff or organization & not pay them a dime yet a guy is indicted for murder & you go after pay for a WO bonus ??? Plus if they take that road it frees them up from looking like the ass end of a north bound donkey heading south . Lawyers & unions --- well i won't go there but you get it !! Fire away Bills faithful ...

A while back i remember reading about choosing names for the offense & defense, but i don't remember if there were any names that people had decided on ? And if this was a name already brought up forgive me !! But seeing as we have a quintet of players on the offense with the letter J in their name EJ, CJ, TJ, SJ, FJ Would "The J Train" be appropriate ?? Then seeing as we have Doug Whaley & Doug Marrone we could call them "The 2 Doug Crew" Well hey i'm bored & could have come up with a lot worse !!

I think a lot of the losing could be attributed to the coaches not knowing how to use the players they had on the roster .. Look at what Harbaugh did in SF with almost the same roster that the year prior to him coming didn't make it to the play offs & didn't play very well . I think we have had some really good talent in B/Lo for a while we just haven't had the coaching staff that knew how to utilize the talent they had to the fullest !! Hopefully Marone can use what he has to win !!

Thats what they should have done with Byrd before his deadline , & what they should already be doing with CJ , & what they should have done with A Levetrie, & A. Winfield , & L. Fletcher, &, &, &, & !!! You would think they could learn something from watching how good teams build them selves & realize what mistakes they have made that has kept us in the bad team category for such a long time .. And these are suppose to be highly educated people in these positions . Hopefully Whaley will be the change to all of this B/C he saw how a great winning franchise was ran from the inside !!
