Almost like the last QB we took in the first round JP , the guy had all the tools but our coaching staff sealed his fate by pulling him then putting him in & then starting him then not starting him & changing the scheme more than a few times that is what your talking about right ?? My last 2 QB's in the draft that i thought we should have picked were Dalton, Wilson & they were both sitting there when we picked , but what do i know ???

Easley was suppose to be that guy i thought but they will leave him on the bench & never find out what he can do at game speed which some play faster & bigger in games than others . Then b/c he can't get game time we will trade him with the excuse he just wasn't coming along after investing 4 years in the guy & he will go to another team & become one of the better WR in the league b/c our staff hasn't got fore site or the B**** to give the guy a shot ... And we wonder why we can't get into the play offs for 13 years !! Bring back Pollian PLEASE !!!!!!!! Wilson was my pick this year , a QB in the later rounds with a spectacular college career & i thought the next Flutie or better. But as you pointed out we take the guy that could only do as good as the QB that fed him & had a mediocre career in college at best. I think our draft guys should be the next to go, this has been happening for years now & the draft team besides the few that have changed remains the same. This year though they will pull the trigger on Barkley or Jones & we will be screwed for the next 5 years b/c we'll blow a high pick on a apparent less than elite QB ...

Possible FA'S to be looking for a starting job - Alex Smith, Michael Vick , Matt Flynn, Matt Moore, Kurt Cousins, Matt Hassleback, Teabow, T Jack, Kyle Ortin, Jason Campbell, add your entree here ... College entrees - Colin Klein, A J McCarron , Geno Smith, Tyler Wilson, Ryan Nassib, (NO) Barkley Denard Robinson, Logan Thomas, Aaron Murray, Landry Jones, Tahj Boyd ... So which way do you go ??

All very valid points i just hope we can get a few to restructure their deals like Fitz & Mario in order to keep some of the guys like Byrd & if CJ has another good year next year he will be able to get big bucks in FA !!

There are so many other coaches out there that would be a upgrade. Marty S. , Marc Trestman , Andy R . Norv or Romeo (not) Hey what ever happened to George Seifert ? Then of coarse the ones we have no chance of getting like Gruden , Dungee , Cowher ...

With Fitz spotty performance to this point he should & i think he is a team guy so i think he would & would probably be the one to initiate talks to do so..

it use to be a RB wouldn't get into a groove until the 15th or so run of the game & they felt the deeper they went into the game the better they got .. I can understand the 2 back deal , you hope to keep your backs healthier , longer & prolong their career but are they stoping these backs now a days from getting into that groove ? Marshawn comes to mind when i talk of this , I wonder what his average carries per game is ?? I do know the guy is tearing it up the way he was when he first came to B/Lo , but after he got in trouble it seemed as though he just didn't want to play as hard under the window of scrutiny .. I hope this week he has a bad game or should i say our D has a great game cause we are going to need it if we think we are going to win this one !!! GO BILLS !!!

I get you but i pose this question then why don't we use more 2 back sets ? C Macntire is on the bench most of the time & used mostly on ST if they had some one in the FB position that could block then send CJ out as another pass catcher wouldn't that fix the blocking thing ?? Just asking ...

They definitely need to see if he has made some kind of progress with the investment made by keeping him around i think he could be a good WR if for nothing else he would be better than say R Martin , sure he's a ST player but so could Easley be that guy . This thing with the Easley decision goes along with the other head scratchers on the Gailey list ...

If you would have read the post which is very apparent you didn't , i said promote Whaley to GM & C .Pollian Assistant GM . What's your thoughts OH wise one ?? Wait let me guess hire Norv Turner & bring Rivers with him .. Cough !! Besides if you didn't get it it is a bunch of things that will never happen in a million years it's called being bored & having some fun to over come the obvious !!

Technically dude is right , we were still mathematically alive in the play off hunt for the wildcard in the AFC , but with this lose it puts the NYJ in the last play off spot for the wild card .

As we all know the Bills have been in a slump ever since ..... well a long time ago ! Bill Polian has said he has had thoughts of getting back into football . So what's the hold up ? The man has built 2 of the most successful playoff teams in the history of the NFL & if he wouldn't have been fired in B/Lo I think the Bills would have had a SB by now . So hire Pollian as President of football operations, promote Whaley to GM & bring in Chris Pollian as assistant GM then hire Marc Trestman as the HC . Why Testman you ask ? Trestman has taken a similar path as Levy did in coaching & has recently surpassed Levy with wins in the same time frame as Levy & with the same team as Levy did it with in the CFL . Plus the guy has taken teams in the CFL consistently to the play offs & has a winning career where ever he goes . Which we need !! Plus could this be our future lining up to repeat our past in some ways ?? HMMM could be .. That would cover Football Ops , GM , Assistant GM & getting a younger more aggressive coach. Add in the draw of more fans from Canada in the regionalization of the team . That makes the Bills a long term viable product in B/Lo & would make Russ Brandon go down as the smartest guy in Bills history! Nah it would never work !!

Yah those moves this year will go down as top of the "Not Top 10 List of Bad Decisions For 2012"

If you watched the post game interview of CJ & then if you read the Jarius Byrd interview last week it just makes me wonder how long it will take either guy to jump the next train out of town if something isn't done about the coaching or at least the play calling . These are the guys we are suppose to be building the team around , if they are not happy how do we expect to keep them ? Not to mention sure Fred is great but if he is hitting the injury wall which this year he's had 2 take him out of games we need to ride the young horse & use Fred in a way to keep him heathier longer .. Buddy & company need to look at the way things have been being done & either learn from it & change those practices or find some one that won't make those same type of mistakes before we lose the best players on the team ...

For the past 3 + years there has been more complaining about a guy on our team that has done nothing but show up to work & be the consummate team player & a leader his entire career . This week he was put on IR , could this be the perfect opportunity for the Bills to make a lot of you fans happy by ending his Bills career ? I am talking about Chris Kelsay . With the play of A. Moats at DE position recently getting pressure, the fact that Anderson coming back & having a multi year contract, Merriman being healthy & contributing, plus the fact that Alex Carrington although playing DT position was drafted as a 4/3 DE , & that IF Troup comes back healthy Carrington could play the DE position in a depth role or starter if needed . What it is i am asking is would you bring Kelsay back for an 11th year, or do you think the Bills will bring Merriman back (which is the younger of the 2) let Kelsay go ? Or do you think we will move on & bring in some younger talent to replace Kelsay & Merriman both with younger guys ? Buddy is building through the draft . And although Kelsay has had an effect with his leadership this year & his play . He has a couple of sacks & adds pressure while on the field but is it time to call it a career ?

I did question his play in the preseason but i also questioned us playing him out of his natural position which was DE in college . That was the reason we drafted him, but they changed scheme to 3/4 & then the LB experiment (go figure that one) & that is what lead to his bad play the guy has been out of position pretty much ever since we signed him ... I can only imagine him at about 290 at DE opposite of Mario ...

Which makes a ton of sense doesn't it ?? I don't get some of the thinking of this coaching staff , the guy has been on the team now for 3 years , sure he hasn't played but they said he has been in all the offensive meetings to stay up on the scheme , so if he knows the offense that well why not give him a shot in a game where there was such a comfortable lead ?? He will be let go & after investing all that time in him he will become one of the leagues top #1 or #2 receivers that's just how we roll in B/lo !!

I totally agree with your post Philly fans are some of the most ungrateful bunch of fans i have ever seen or heard of , they should be a lot more understanding of what Reid is going through but it's all about them & screw everybody else ..
