  1. I think the pool table was put in over the summer. I may be thinking of a different part of the locker room or the one in the stadium not the field house but it looks to be where that bar thing was. edit. I think the table is to your right when you walk into the field house locker room. Bar thing is on the other side of that wall. The locker room is huge.
  2. I have rapie and gronk on one of my teams. Go them. Steelers win would be great
  3. I'm cool with him going to Seattle
  4. also agree with this. I was like the logo is cool but where are all the players on the wall
  5. hey. I made the trip down. i was very surprised how many people came and how into the game the browns fans were. Every fan had on team colors. I have a few questions about your stadium. It took us 45 mins to get from the exit sign for the stadium on the 90 to the street(maybe 300 yards) leading up to the stadium and R&R HOF. Is traffic always that bad? Also my first time at the stadium so there are probably better ways that I don't know about. I love how the stadium looks and how it is downtown and on the water but the thru way and railroad tracks make it a hassle to get in.
  6. Why do browns fans hoot like the monkeys in wizard of oz
  7. I don't recall much of hogan on special teams. I know he played it but I wouldn't call him very strong at it. I would call him an average special teams guy and a below average slot receiver. I wouldn't call him one of the better route runners either. As someone already said he on many occasions runs his routes short of the first down marker on third down. He's a try hard guy and that's about it. Any time I ask people outside of this board why they think he's good the answer is usually the same "uhh... he's white."
  8. Isn't the surgery he had basically a career ender for athletes? I may be mistaken but the explosiveness doesn't come back.
  9. I like this move. Russ is very good at what he does. I can't wait to see his work with the sabres
  10. not sure if this is true but my dad has told this story a few times about jim. It was late 80s and My dad and a few of his construction buddies are in a bar and Jim Kelly walks in and sits at the other end of the bar. My dad isn't a big football fan but he recognized jim. My dad orders another round for his buddies and says and whatever mr. Kelly is drinking. Jim looks over and says I don't need your fing money. He is a tough one to judge. I've been around him since 90 when my uncle won a trip to his camp and Jim called my grandmas house to invite my uncle back the next year. My uncle has visited his camp every year since. I have seen the good sides of him and the bad over the years. I think a lot of it was maturity and he has become a much more mature person over the years and then he was hit with cancer and it humbled him. I love the guy for everything he does for my uncle but the bad I have seen him do made me hesitant.
  11. it was late the first time I met him and he just got finished calling a lousy preseason game the second time so that may have had something to do with it. The first few times I met the CEO of my former job I thought he was a jerk until I actually had a chance to sit down and work with him. It came up during a convo and he apologized. He said he has a lot on his mind and was thinking over some things and didn't realize how he comes across to others.
  12. Who is no. 99 on the titans and when did they play the Pats week 2?
  13. I can't stand John murphy. I've met him twice. Once at tops it was late so the store was empty. my father and I just gave him a friendly hello as we passed by him (as we would everyone else) he looked at us like he was disgusted we would speak to him. He checked out ahead of us and the cashier made a couple bad comments about him. The other time was at the last preseason game last year. I used to work with one of his assistants, Mike. Mike was walking from the press box with John and saw my mom and I and walked over to say hi. John was right next to him and he introduced us to him and he just walked away with out saying anything.
  14. IMO the chargers. The whole John butler "bills west" thing. And our games seem to be played like a division game. spiller against them always confused me. I mean they practice against JC you would think they could stop a poor man's version of him
  15. All time favorite is andre reed. First time I met him was my 4th birthday and he picked me up and carried me around Jim Kelly's camp and got my shirt autographed by every player there. Every time I have seen him since he goes out of his way to stop and talk. Kent hull is the greatest human i have met. Thurman has always been awkward. Sometimes he's real goofy and funny other times he thinks he is the greatest thing in the world. Daryl talley is awesome. He talks my grandmas ear off everytime they see each other. Marshawn was real laid back and chill, cool dude. McGahee was probably the worst. Pat williams walked with a friend and I for a long time but he didn't listen to anything we said, he basically had a conversation with himself. Fletcher always seemed like he didn't want to be bothered. Jim Kelly. I've known him for 25 years. The first 20 I only tolerated him just because of everything he does for my uncle. But right around when hunter passed something changed in him for the better.
  16. this. Plus Walt Colemans crew anywhere near jerry hughes
  17. IF he still runs a 4.3(i doubt it) like he says he could probably play. He keeps himself in pretty good shape.
  18. I have seen EJ around town a few times in the offseason. After he was drafted my ex and I met him at the galleria and talked to him for a little bit. Saw him walking up main street down town last year and I want to say at a sabres game(may be wrong. A lot of bills players go to sabres games. See Gilmore there fairly often)
  19. He was on my fantasy team last year. One of many disappointments.
